“Stayed here for a night (06/25/21) in room 1207. Online, it is stated to be a 5-star hotel but did not seem like one when we arrived and I was rather disappointed. The wait for the valet was rather long, it was also hot out and they were all dripping with sweat and it made me feel really bad especially not having cash on me to tip them (we didn't know valet was the ONLY option). The lobby to the hotel was always ridiculously hot. The elevator was super scary and noisy, but it was the fastest moving elevator I've been on in my life. The room was not vacuumed thoroughly as someone's bright blue hair tie was sitting next to the bed. Listened to dripping water in the walls all night and the loud bumping of either a party/music in another room or something all night. The bathtub either had stains or was still dirty from the last person, I did not touch it to find out and stayed away from the splatter marks when I showered. The clock in the room read 9:00 at about 7:00pm, so we just used our phones for the time instead of touching it. The alarm went off at 2am, waking up our 9 year old son then again at 4am waking all of us up again. Someone also checked me out of the hotel at 4:19am when I didn't check out until 11am (I have both check-out emails). One of the employees mentioned there were only 5 people working that night, how can one expect to run a 12 story hotel with only 5 people? For $300 a night and online saying it is a 5-star hotel, I expected a lot more cleanliness at least.”
