“My son did not stay in the hotel. He used their park and shuttle to the airport. Through the process, my son lost his phone and realized it once at the airport. I called the hotel and explained the situation. They didn't find the phone at first but were very willing to help. My son through the internet activated the find my phone feature and the shuttle driver found the phone in the shuttle and went back to the airport to take it to him. I was impressed and grateful for such great customer service! We will use them again for future traveling needs!”

“They tried to move me to their "sister hotel" the Courtyard for the same rate but without the things I reserved (I specifically paid extra for a kitchen) and the courtyard room would not have that. Then proceeded to put an extra $147 on hold which they did not tell me about before I reserved. Not pleased with my experience so far.”
