“The staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay. Everything was made very easy and clear. The location is great for both the city centre and the airport, and they have an underground car park. The public areas of the hotel look nice and modern. The only thing that let this place down was the condition of the room. It was quite tired, with a lot of the fixings worn out, damaged or mouldy which didn't give a Hilton feel. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room considering it was winter and we didn't open the window. There was also a fair few squashed mosquitoes on the walls. I would look at other hotels in the area first before deciding to return but it wasn't awful.”
