Bom hotel. Alguns quartos nãopassam muita segurança por ficarem fora da área principal e ficarem com os portões sempre abertos. O acesso aos quartos é através de cartão, o que dá mais segurança. Para usar a chave do cofre do quarto é cobrado 1 dólar por dia. Funcionários atenciosos e solicitos. Fica no meio da área badalada mas não tivemos problema pra dormir.

Es peligroso el camino a la alberca, tiene un acabado de piedra bastante resbaladizo, sufrí una caída y el hotel ni una pastilla para el dolor tenía.

Bien si solo buscas un cuarto para dormir el internet no sirve la habitación no se ve muy limpia el personal desatento y no resguardan maletas no regresaría

Buen Servicio personalizado pero un estacionamiento propio o un convenio con un estacionamiento cercano les ayudaría muchísimo.

Quartos sujos, lençóis rasgados, a água da torneira era preta, o banheiro muito sujo, a cama não tinha lençol, os travesseiros cheiravam mal. Eles não atribuíram 3 quartos diferentes porque estavam ocupados ou não eram os reservados. Não há estacionamento. Zero recomendado

Fachada bonita, mas os quartos cheiram a mofo, a piscina mal entra na noite eles não ligam e dizem que você pode usar até as 22h, e está completamente escuro, se você fizer uma reserva online e pagar, eles cobram um IVA no balcão além do que você já pagou.

Bonita fachada, pero las habitaciones huelen a humedad, la alberca apenas entra la noche no la encienden, y dicen que la puedes usar hasta las 10 pm, y esta conpletamente oscuro, si haces reservacion en linea y pagas, te cobran un iva en mostrador aparte de lo que ya pagaste.

Habitaciones sucias, sabanas rotas, el agua de la llave salía negra, el inodoro muy sucio, la cama no tenía sábana de cajón, las almohadas olían súper mal. No asignaron 3 habitaciones diferentes porque o estaba ocupada o no era lo que se reservo. No hay estacionamiento. Cero recomendable

Small rooms and a bit noisy. The room was ready but still charged us extra to check in early. Not very hospitable. One block from fifth Avenue. Didn't go to the beach club which is an extra charge.

just back from hotel nina 6th june - had a good time. we had read some of the not so good reviews online before we went - but decided to take the chance & go anyway. hotel is in a brilliant location, near to pubs, restaurants & shops. pro's - near to nightlife & beach - no charges for AC, safe or towels for beach / pool- rooms clean but basic (honestly didnt expect much) but towels + bedlinen were worn and discoloured - had really seen better days. cons - breakfast was bread butter, jam, cake + cereal - had to heat water for tea in micro although coffee was hot - had no butter at breakfast on the day we left + no attempt to buy any to tide them over - even although there was a shop 1 minute walk away. beach club is available at an all inclusive charge - although there is a free bus to take you there + back from 9am until 6 pm'ish. had been there for 5 nights + for two of them, we were wakened during the night (4am) by guests being disruptive - dont know if anyone was on reception to address the situation. hotel pool is adequate but surrounded by trees, creating loads of shade & bugs!! + more or less blocking out the sun all day. all in all - hotel & staff adequate - I would not go back 😢😢

Great price, great location, great rooms, and great staff. Local restaurants right across the street. Walking distance from shopping strip and beach. Ian was very kind, he even helped me get a taxi that was fairly priced (the taxis that wait for you overcharge). Next time I am back in Playa del Carmen, I will use this hotel again. Thank you Hotel Nina for an incredible stay!

If you like beauty places but don't have enough money, Nina hotel would be a good option to stay if you want to visit La Riviera Maya. This place is definitely recommended. It is also just one block...

Booked a room online directly from the hotel website for one night and paid by credit card but when we arrived, "reservation was cancelled because it was the wrong currency"? I have never heard that...
