“The people at the front desk, one of whom I expect was a manager, were friendly from the moment we arrived. We chose to stay at Fairfield Inn because the rooms were significantly less expensive than those at the Crown Plaza where we were attending a conference. Our room at the Fairfield Inn was comfortable and spacious enough. We also like to have a refrigerator when we travel; this refrigerator is bigger than many we have found at hotels, and it has a small freezer compartment. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection. The pool was unavailable, which we knew before we booked. It would have been nice to have access to the pool, but given that we were busy with the conference at the other hotel, we didn't have much time anyway.”

“We had a very relaxing and great experience here. Skye, at the front desk, was particularly helpful and kind. She mentioned that the hotel is due for a refresh and had gotten delayed by COVID. This is evident with the condition of some of the carpet but everything was extremely clean. The first thing I always look at in a hotel to see how serious the maintenance and cleaning staff take their duties is the caulk in the bathroom. It's not super easy to maintain and it's a pain to change but it makes all the difference. The caulk in our bath was in perfect condition: no mildew, no broken sections, just well- maintained. The rooms were very spotless and the hotel was super quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”
