Comida do bar do hotel é muito boa!

Very clean and modern with friendly staff. For a mid range chain hotel was very happy. Its modern, bright and the staff were friendly. Ten of us ate in the bar as restaurant full ..food all came up quickly and was decent. It might seem easy and expected but to just do a good burger and fries or fish and chips for £15 and it be bought up together and have no complaints is good. So often whether in a pub or chain restaurant it costs the earth for poor food, barely warm and badly served. Overall its a solid chain hotel doing what it should well - good for a business or family short stay and a short walk to the stadium. So the 5 stars are for what they do for this class of hotel ..i am sure there are other boutique, unique and more expensive 5* hotels but for this bracket all good. Small issue was water ran tepid peak time one morning but was fine all others. Muito limpo e moderno com funcionários simpáticos. Para um hotel de cadeia de gama média estava muito feliz. We stayed this weekend. Staff were very polite and friendly. Room was a nice size, well decorated. Great view and balcony of the cricket pitch. Car parking included and the man on the gate very friendly. Very close to tram and easy to get into town.I have given it 3 stars because I felt the mattress was poor. Felt like a spring mattress with little or no memory foam. Also didn’t feel the pillows offered much support. We paid for a king bed. It looked like a normal double to me.The water temperature didn’t get too hot. For me, I would have liked to have been able to turn the temperature up. Water Pressure was good but once again I would have liked a bit more pressure when turning the shower head to the hard pressure.Unfortunately the bad night sleep because of the bed let us down. Estacionamento incluído e o homem no portão muito amigável. Muito perto do bonde e fácil de chegar à cidade.Eu dei 3 estrelas porque senti que o colchão era ruim. Parecia um colchão de molas com pouca ou nenhuma espuma viscoelástica. Também não senti que os travesseiros ofereciam muito apoio. Pagamos por uma cama king size. Parecia um duplo normal para mim.A temperatura da água não ficou muito quente. Para mim, gostaria de poder aumentar a temperatura. A pressão da água era boa, mas mais uma vez eu teria gostado de um pouco mais de pressão ao virar o chuveiro para a pressão forte.Infelizmente, a má noite de sono por causa da cama nos decepcionou.

Aparcamiento incluido y el hombre de la puerta muy amable. Muy cerca del tranvía y fácil de llegar a la ciudad.Le he dado 3 estrellas porque me pareció que el colchón era malo. Me sentí como un colchón de resortes con poca o ninguna espuma viscoelástica. Tampoco sentí que las almohadas ofrecieran mucho apoyo. Pagamos por una cama king. A mí me parecía un doble normal.La temperatura del agua no subió demasiado. A mí me hubiera gustado poder subir la temperatura. La presión del agua era buena, pero una vez más me hubiera gustado un poco más de presión al girar el cabezal de la ducha a la presión fuerte.Desafortunadamente, la mala noche de sueño debido a la cama nos decepcionó.

We stayed this weekend for the hundred, there was a mix up with our room/cricket tickets, Sam on reception and Jonathon the manager were fantastic, sorted our room and tickets. What began as a disaster became a great weekend. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and very clean and maintained. We will definitely return. Ate in the restaurant one evening and really enjoyed my meal. All the staff throughout my stay were really warm and friendly without being intruding. Cant wait to back 👍🏻 Fantástica estadia de 3 noites no hotel no fim de semana. Quartos modernos e confortavelmente mobilados para 3 noites de sono maravilhosas. Bom café da manhã e bar bem abastecido. Comeram no restaurante uma noite e realmente gostei da minha refeição. Todos os funcionários durante toda a minha estadia foram muito calorosos e amigáveis ​​sem serem intrusivos. Não vejo a hora de voltar 👍🏻

Well maintained throughout the entire property. The only downside is with the bed, it is relatively small compared to other Hilton's King size beds. Don't forget to bring your own slippers as they don't provide with any. It would be best to have some stock there and make it available upon request (maybe at a charge to cover the extra cost?).The staff at the breakfast lounge were great as well, helped me heated up my croissant, which makes it a wonderful day to start with. Will definitely be there again when I visit Manchester or Liverpool. Hilton nunca me decepcionou. Embora tenha sido apenas uma estadia curta por uma noite, nos sentimos bem-vindos. Location is incredible, obviously right on the cricket grounds but also a quick walk to the tram. Only warning from me is that car transport to/from on the day of a match can be difficult due to parking and traffic controls. As a hotel experience this is almost as flawless as I have ever experienced. I would only perhaps suggest that the hotel makes available alternate parking arrangements available to guests for days surrounding matches, otherwise they are far above your typical Hilton Garden Inn. Overall a great experience, and exactly what I would expect from a Hilton. The rooms are clean and the pitch view balconies were a nice bonus (although there isn't really any privacy between balconies, which wouldn't be ideal on an event day)The only complaint I have is that the bed was quite uncomfortable, which meant we didn't sleep quite as well as we would have liked to.Big fan of the digital keys available here - I really hope to get to use this more often.

Great hotel, very clean and rooms are decent. But I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. I had booked a normal/standard room but discovered the fridge wasn’t working. A quick call to reception and a handyman was on the scene within 15 minutes. He tried his best to fix the fridge but was unsuccessful. With no prompting/complaining from me, he immediately called reception and got me moved to a pitch facing room with a balcony for the duration of my stay (another 4 nights) plus 2x free drinks at the bar and free tickets for Lancashire cricket match the following day. Superb customer service.

Me sorprendió el hotel Emirates Old Trafford, buena acogida y estancia. Tiene buena comunicación y el personal habla castellano entre otros.

Excelente, las habitaciones son modernas, todo estaba muy limpio.la vista al estadio increíble.

El hotel es muy moderno y limpio. El restaurante era mejor que los otros restaurantes de Hilton Garden Inn en las que me hospedaba. Un ambiente con más vida y gente. Me gustó la presión del agua en la ducha y el diseño del baño. Me gustó mucho también ser tan cerca a la cancha de cricket aunque no se nada de ese deporte. Fue algúna diversión.
