“I just booked my trip for April and was sure to choose an executive floor room because in the past the executive lounge at this location has been a great perk! Unfortunately, after booking I was able to review my stay and at this point was notified that the executive lounge was closed. It was still listed as an amenity with the room when booking. I find this frustrating as I would have liked to have been clearly notified that this was no longer an amenity before booking. This would have effected my choice in room and therefore the cost. I would like to know what the increased charge is for when there is no executive lounge. On top of this, it is also listed, that room service and valet parking are not available either. I understand that the pandemic has effected the industry but I don’t want to pay Hilton prices for a motel 8 experience, I am currently looking for other hotel options!”

“Isso absolutamente não valia o preço. Paguei metade do valor por quartos que eram duas vezes mais agradáveis. Quando você fica em um Hilton, você espera algo acima da média, e isso mal atingiu a média. O quarto parecia um quarto de hospital, havia manchas no lençol e na cortina do chuveiro, o serviço de quarto não estava disponível e a máquina de venda automática nem funcionava. Definitivamente não é uma boa experiência, e definitivamente não vou ficar novamente.”
