“Went to the bar to get a couple of drinks was ignored by waiter and bartender. Bartender was more interested in the other persons phone than helping me.
One elevator has been down over the holiday and the patrons are all rude as hell. IBIS is an inexpensive trackers hotel so don’t expect anything more or less. Poor over all.”

“Loved staying in this hotel, very clean, superb breakfast buffet 😋, staff polite and helpful. Rooms very clean, good air conditioning, and you need it!! Central location, for transportation into the centre of Vienna, only thing is ,which is very minor needs charging usb port at bedsides,
