Hotel extremamente bem localizado no centroda ilha de Manhattan. Tendo próximos ao hotel muitos pontos turisticos fáceis de chegar e a curtas distâncias de caminhada.

Localização espetacular, viabilizando a saída a pé de seus hóspedes para passear na 5a Avenida, por exemplo. Optamos por um preço mais competitivo e isso nos levou ao Holiday, sem café da manhã, o que não pretendo fazer, da próxima vez, estando a pesseio. Muitos colaboradores falam espanhol, facilitando bem a comunicação para quem não é tão fluente em Inglês. Custo-benefício bem interessante!

Hotel super desorganizado. Comprei a estadia de um quarto e quando cheguei no hotel, me colocaram em um inferior alegando que não tinham mais quartos disponíveis. Recepcionistas sem vontade de ajudar, sem educação e despreparados. Nunca mais fico na rede Holiday.

Great customer service, especially Jeff!. Room was empty of the essentials - coffee, microwave, fridge etc. Very, very old hotel, just practical, nothing fancy, needs more lights to make it brighter. Bathroom small, old as well. In all in, ok

Un buen lugar para hospedarte, las habitaciones pequeñas y un poco viejas, pero en general es un buen lugar, sin duda lo mejor es la ubicación, muy céntrico y accesible.

Terrible experience. We stayed for 13 nights and our room was cleaned 3 times.I ask them the fourth day about the clean service the answer was, "sorry we didn’t put you on the list"… They clean only 10 rooms a day by COVID but they don’t use masks ! It’s a joke ! The breakfast is a Lie , you can only drink coffee or juice … not both !!! It’s incredible! If you are reading this … please select another hotel !Don't come here!!!

Book here at your own risk. Wanted a quick 1 night stay and booked online. Called the hotel immediately after booking, they stated they hadn't received my reservation yet. An hour went by, I called the booking company, the hotel was apparently overbooked. It was past midnight at this point, making it nearly impossible to book a new hotel. This property books more reservations than rooms, don't stay here until you have a backup plan.

Hola!! El precio es alto para las instalaciones del hotel, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, y la limpieza en general no es buena, pareciera un lugar muy viejo y sin mantenimiento. La ubicación es excelente. Lo recomiendo solo por ubicación.

Don't come to this hotel. We stayed for 7 nights and never got our room cleaned. They never picked up the trash can, never pick up dirty towels. I ask them twice for cleaning, towels, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. and the answer was, "sorry we put you on the list". Our friends stayed in a hotel across the street, a much better experience. Don't come here!!!

The staff here is incredibly rude. The lady working the front desk when we checked in was horrible. We checked in around 4:55 and as soon as we got there we were told all the rooms were booked and the only one available was a room without a TV. We didn’t care – were here to see NYC we could go without a TV. So we said that was fine. Then she proceeded to tell us that maintenance would be in between 5-6pm to fix the TV. I informed her we are only staying one night and that we DON’T need the TV and they can come in the next day. She said they had to come in that day itself and they already booked it. I told her that was crazy because we just checked in and now maintenance will be in our tiny room and we are supposed to be there too? We were tired, needed to shower and the whole point of booking the hotel was to get ready for our anniversary dinner and we needed the hotel between 5-6pm. She told me there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the manager – she went in the back and came back and said the manager was in a conference call lasting one hour (she was lying). The staff is so so rude and horrible, rooms are so small, they do nothing to help you out in anyway. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and couldn’t care less about the customers – cant blame her sounds like a horrible job. Anyways we finally got a room and waited for one to “open up” whatever that means and checked in. P.S (rooms old, small, no fridge no microwave, no soap in bathroom, elevators always crowded and to top that off this HORRIBLE customer service)

Stayed here for 3 days and had no issues with the staff or room (AC, TV, & bathroom all worked). We were able to check in early and we were able to leave our bags before departing later that day. The room is small but it’s NY. I expected it to be average. The only reason why i’m giving four stars is because it doesn’t have a microwave or refrigerator and housekeeper did not come once. Either she/he never came or she/he came when we weren’t there..who knows! (pictures are of a King sized Room...this was taken before checking out!)

Atendimento ótimo.Liberaram um quarto um pouco mais cedo que o horário do check in e nos deixaram subir para o quarto. Eu tinha lido que os quartos eram pequenos mas não imaginei que fosse tanto. Estavamos em 2 adultos e duas crianças e quatro malas e realmente é muitoooo apertado. Elevador super lotado, não consegui descer com as malas e aguardei por 9 vezes ele parar pra que eu conseguisse descer. Chuveiro bom, cama confortável. Ótima localização. Não foi o melhor hotel que já fiquei mas ele é ok. Não sei se ficaria lá novamente por conta do espaço do quarto.
