Hotel muito limpo e realmente muito agradável. Atendimento muito bom. Ótima localização e próximo as principais rodovias e avenidas que te levam para as atrações mais procuradas. Ótimo custo beneficio. Não há o que reclamar.

The front staff was friendly and the lobby area is nice. The hotel is on a very busy road that I could hear most of the night. Breakfast and parking are not included. The beds are not comfortable. The bathroom is small with a small vanity area making space for toiletries a challenge. The room was stuffy even with the air on. The mini fridge was loud as it kicked on and off. It’s not the worst place but I we definitely didn’t rest well here.

Hola! No recomiendo este hotel, por lo siguiente, llegamos, y tiene un olor peculiar, no limpian tu habitación, si no se los pides, las sábanas y almohadas huelen feo. La puerta de la habitación no servia, la persona de mantenimiento “la arreglo” pero al volver a salir el día siguiente, nuevamente no cerraba bien. Total, detalles que surgieron en mi estancia por tres noches, en este hotel. Si te ahorras dinero, pero como dicen, lo barato puede salir caro. Y no no me vuelvo a hospedar en este hotel. Sorry chicos, pero esa fue mi experiencia en su hotel.

First off I need to thank Amanda she was awesome with get customer service. When we first arrived the check in time was about 3 mins. Upon arriving to the room it had a funny smell that automatically triggered my asthma. I went downstairs and Amanda further my excellent experience. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety. Worth the money. And the rooms were very clean. Overall one of the best hotels I stayed at so far.

I stayed here during hurricane Ian and the staff was outstanding! They were so positive and helpful during a stressful time and I was truly impressed and appreciative. They set up housekeeping stations on each floor to make it easy to get what we needed and were always asking if they could do anything to help. I cannot overstate how impressed I was with their service and attitudes, they truly deserve to be commended for outstanding work during a difficult time. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay there again if needed. The king room I had was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The location is central with easy access to everything and the price was great too. Luckily we never lost power but the wifi was slow at times, probably because it was so crowded. Most importantly the staff and service was five-star!

Muy buen hotel para descansar y ahorrar si estás de visita en Orlando y vienes a los parques de Disney, Universal, etc.Areas limpias, estacionamiento amplio, ubicado cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, una parada de autobús, Limpieza de cuarto diariamente para cuando llegues encuentras tu ciarto limpio con toallas limpias, camas arregladas y sin basura.El detalle de estacionamiento con cobro extra se puede omitir pero al parecer a cualquier lugar de orlando que sea cobran el estacionamiento a excepción de lugares como Disney Springs u otros.Recomendado si lo que buscas es solo llegar a dormir y ahorrar en tu viaje y preferiblemente tener trasporte propio o rentar por wue el servicio público es lento y uber o lyft dependiendo los horarios pueden ser más caros dependiendo la demanda.

Stayed here during Hurricane Ian with my two daughters and two grandchildren. This hotel and its staff is outstanding. We were tired, panicked and a mess when we arrived from Tampa, so it was wonderful to stay in a place we felt safe and welcome. They had their staff stay at the hotel, so they never skipped a beat with serving dinner, and a fantastic breakfast buffet. During the night that the hurricane was coming through, they staffed each floor with a person and supplies in case anyone needed help. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. I wish we were staying under better circumstances, and I hope to soon in the future!

No recomiendo este hotel. muy mala atención... Pagas por una habitación para 3 adultos con desayuno y cuando estás aquí nos dicen que la reserva solo incluye 2 adultos y 2 niños. Malas opciones de desayuno. La habitación huele horrible.. Muy mala experiencia. —————— I dont recommend this hotel. Lo peor en mi vida. Estaba en line para registraner al hotel en linea esta mi esposa I yo.le digo a mi espeso que ire al bano. Luego veo que unos de los manager esta listo para resivirme yo le digo yo sigo..EL ME DISE NO LO VOY ATENDEROK I YO LE PREGUNTO PORQUE EL CONTESTA TU TE CORTATES LA LINEA OK ASI QUE NO VOY A ATENDER LUEGO le dige ella es mi esposa.

El servicio era PÉSIMO. No sabían español y tampoco hacían por entenderte y eso que es un hotel, donde se supone que es dedicado al turismo.El primer día, al llegar a la habitación, nos dimos cuenta que estaba plagada de pequeños bichos por la cama, muebles… y nos dijeron que eran hormigas (NO ERAN HORMIGAS). De esta habitación tampoco funcionaba el grifo del agua y tuvimos que ir hasta la recepción del hotel, para que nos dieran una solución (ya que por el teléfono, nos atendieron en inglésy nos dejaron en espera unos 25 minutos).Finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación (eso es lo único bueno).El supuesto “ bufé” que pagas como desayuno, no existe, ya que tienes que pedirlo como si fuera un plato, con la elección de una sola cosa del menú. La comida precocinada, en el caso de los wafles, es como si te lo compraras en un supermercado. Encima, ni siquiera entraba el agua… y si tenías sed, solo disponían de una sola marca de agua que valía 5 dólares…También, no paraban de hacerle Spam a un taxista supuestamente “económico” que cobraba exactamente lo mismo que Uber. Eso nos pareció una timada y tenemos como 4 tarjetas que nos iban dando de dicho taxista. Él mismo estaba como un tiburón por la recepción del hotel.NO VOLVERÍAMOS A REPETIR Y MUCHO MENOS LO RECOMENDAMOS…

Los recepcionistas no saben nada o no te saben explicar. Tampoco parecen interesados en atenderte bien. Quisimos saber cómo llegar al parque Disney, no supieron explicarnos nada; quisimos coger un Uber para ir al parque Universal, tampoco supieron decirnos nada. Cuando les preguntabas, en inglés, porque ninguno sabía español, te miraban raro haciendo como que no te entendían, lo que resultaba bastante incómodo.Para rematar, el wifi no nos iba, y cuando preguntamos, nos dijeron que era problema de nuestros móviles, pero no teníamos problemas en conectarnos al wifi del restaurante de al lado. Así que en el hotel estuvimos sin wifi, habiendo pagado un montón de tasas en las que se incluía.En definitiva, el hotel está bien, pero la atención al cliente es pésima.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. I came in and was waiting to check in for over an hour just for someone to tell me that there are no rooms available when I reserved a room. Then I was told I wasn’t going to have access to the pool for a room they found available last minute which I don’t care much but why no access to the pool? The parking lot for people checking in is abysmal and overcrowded. There was no sense of order and hard to park if I wanted to check in or out. As soon as I got to the room it was NOTHING like the advertisements. This room looked like another cheap motel like Rodeway Inn but three times the price. There’s one trash can out of the entire room. The room had a musty smell as I walked in. There was almost nothing that the hotel provided for guests meaning you had to bring your own everything. And don’t get me started with the outlets… there is none next to the alarm clock and you have to charge your devices by the TV or the entrance of the room if you’re lucky that they function properly. Looking for parking was a disaster and there was no cart to move your luggage around easier if you’re literally from the opposite side of the building. Also they rip you off by charging you an additional fee for parking depending how long you stood there… I never had such miserable service from a “luxury” hotel. I had better service at a motel than here and paid much less than here. You’re better off looking for a different hotel that won’t rip you off and give you quality service for what you paid for.

We originally were going to stay at another hotel in the area, but it was more expensive than expected. We found the Delta to be a great value. The room is perfect for two people. We didn’t have a car so it was nice to still be in walking distance of Disney springs as well as some restaurants in the area. The pool was perfect and the lobby almost felt like a Disney resort. We will be staying here from now on for all future Disney trips. Great price, great room, great staff!!!!!

Me encanto el hotel , no es un hotel de lujo pero la limpieza y la calidad de su servicio se impone en los hoteles de su categoría. Principalmente quiero agradecerle y destacar la atención de Maria( de la recepción) que nos brindó ayuda y consejos durante la estancia.

I was so skeptical of this resort. Ended up loving my stay and that is all I care about. Was their some things they could improve? Absolutely… the food was below average, don’t care, bartender was extremely generous and polite. The bar opens at 4, that one I think should be fixed however, due to a very empty resort…I get it. The room was very clean. Pool was great! Drinks were delicious. The location is top tier. 3 minutes from Disney springs!!!! We will be back

🕐 Fui en octubre del año 2016 y me hospedé durante 2 semanas.📍La localización es excelente. Está cerca de todo, excepto del aeropuerto, aunque si leés bien las instrucciones para llegar bien, se llega en menos de media hora. Está a una cuadra de una de las entradas a Disney World. Los outlets están cruzando la autopista que está a 3 cuadras del lugar. Hay una estación de servicio a una cuadra. Si no sabés donde comer, que no sea el hotel, cruzás la avenida y tenés un par de restaurantes que sirven amplia variedad de platos.💰 Sinceramente no recuerdo los precios, pero me parece que estaban bien para el tipo de hotel que es.🛎 Muy buena la atención del personal. Cortesía, amabilidad y gentileza son las palabras con las que lo describiría.🍴 Muy rica la comida que hay para la cena. Amplia variedad de platos. Muy ricos. Para el desayuno hay un salón aparte donde hay mesas y mesas para servirte lo que quieras. Muy rico también, pero no viene incluido en la estadía, lo que significa que hay que pagar por cada desayuno cada mañana.🚗 Posee un estacionamiento relativamente grande para los huéspedes que tengan auto.🛌 Muy buen servicio de cama, buena atención, todo muy limpio y ordenado, y con muy rico olor 👌 Amplias habitaciones empezando por la clase más básica. Muy cómodas las camas y baños amplios.🏰 A una cuadra está una de las entradas a Walt Disney World, lo que hace de un hotel muy cómodo si visitamos los parques.🕹Amplio salón de juegos, con 2 PlayStation, un metegol y espacio para los niños.♒ Espaciosa pileta y pequeño jacuzzi al aire libre, más que todo por si te queres tirar un chapuzón. Cuenta con reposeras y un gazebo para frenar el viento. El sol empieza a pegar recién por la tarde.👔 Para las empresas y ejecutivos, cuenta con salas de reuniones y salas de presentaciones bastante amplias con espacio suficiente para organizar una junta de negocios.🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 CINCO ESTRELLAS, LEJOS UNO DE LOS MEJORES HOTELES EN ORLANDO. Tomando en cuenta todos los puntos anteriores, es el hotel que más recomiendo 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
