“Please lower the charge of rooms you charge in terms of the services you provide. i selected king sized bed room for 3 days. my room was just near to the room cleaning staff put their dishes. The sound of those workers woke me up overnight. not providing hot water cattle, even 3-star hotels provide them in their cheapest room I do not understand why it was not there. compare to 408 CAD to 3 night stay I do not think so I felt my money was well spent. give conditioner, bigger water bottles. The view I got from my hotel room was of parking, I did not open curtains throughout the day not even to get sunlight because of privacy issue as my room was downstairs and windows were facing parking. I would expected better room for price I paid.”

“Room was neat and clean, bed sheets, towels toiletries everything was available in its appropriate condition . Room service was good. Being vegetarian, I was not able to find items in menu. That's why I needed to find food stuff from outside market shops. TV had limited options for users. Internet connectivity was very good. Hotel location seems to be near Air Port, but due to traffic restrictions, its hard to reach by walking (hard but possible). To overcome this, hotel has very good Airport shuttle service. If food and T channels were not a issue then I must had given 5 stars. for these 2 reasons i deducted 2 star, because I find uncomforted in these points, during my stay.
For non-vegetarians, they can consider it a 4 star rating.”
