The hotel did a awesome job responding to have someone out to spray. But! it got worst, In time.No one cared to help me replace my missing items or help me spray my personal item to stop the spread of bugs. The front desk staff is amazing and always willing to help you. Eu nunca chorei, tanto em toda a minha vida. Notei que alguns dos meus itens pessoais desapareceram. Para piorar as coisas, baratas saíram do ralo do banheiro e da pia da cozinha. O hotel fez um trabalho incrível respondendo a alguém para pulverizar.
