“Hospitality is wonderful. The entire staff is gracious and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I haven't seen hospitality like this in American hotels (at this price point) for a long long time. The bellhop actually brought our luggage up to our rooms just before we were given our keys. Complimentary beverage coupons for their bar. Nespresso machines in the rooms. Real wood furniture. Very comfy bed, but beware: most king beds you find in the UK are just two mattresses pushed together with a king headboard. Size of rooms not outside European standards (smallish) but you won't feel cramped. And each time we come in or out we are greeted pleasantly by the staff. Oh, and it's steps away from Harrod's and close to good dining, shopping, and Hyde Park.”

“O hotel certamente já viu dias melhores, mas não é uma classe de luxo. O equipamento é em parte bastante pobre. O mini-bar não está cheio, o frigorífico mal podia ser aberto. Eu também acho armários no banheiro desfavoráveis. Também não havia sinal dos lindos chinelos ou do ursinho de pelúcia. Infelizmente não como esperado.”
