First time here in Montreal, the service was wonderful, the personal was so awesome and so professional , especially Rania at the front desk. I just stayed 7 nights for business. Great renovation of rooms. Fantastic service by staff. Then why might you say I only gave it 3 stars? The breakfast buffet was dreadful. Recycled fruit, egg and sausage day after day. I mean left-overs from the day before. After two breakfasts me and my colleagues had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Coffee was okay if you got there when the buffet opened. Stale and watery if you came down after 8am. I did tell the front desk how pleased I was with them and my room. I also said that if they scrapped their current cook (not a chef) then it would be a 5 star experiennce. Solo me alojé 7 noches por negocios. Gran reforma de las habitaciones. Fantástico servicio por parte del personal. Entonces, ¿por qué dirías que solo le di 3 estrellas? El buffet de desayuno era terrible. Fruta, huevo y embutidos reciclados día tras día. Me refiero a las sobras del día anterior. Después de dos desayunos, mis colegas y yo tuvimos que ir a desayunar a otro lugar. El café estaba bien si llegabas cuando abría el buffet. Rancio y acuoso si bajaste después de las 8 am. Le dije a la recepción lo complacido que estaba con ellos y con mi habitación. También dije que si descartaban a su cocinero actual (no un chef), sería una experiencia de 5 estrellas.

Serviço fantástico pela equipe. Então, por que você pode dizer que dei apenas 3 estrelas? O buffet de café-da-manhã foi terrível. Frutas, ovos e salsichas reciclados dia após dia. Quero dizer sobras do dia anterior. Depois de dois cafés da manhã, eu e meus colegas tivemos que ir tomar café em outro lugar. O café estava bom se você chegasse lá quando o bufê abrisse. Velho e aguado se você desceu depois das 8h. Eu disse à recepção como estava satisfeito com eles e com meu quarto. Eu também disse que se eles descartassem seu cozinheiro atual (não um chef), seria uma experiência de 5 estrelas.

I recommend this hotel especially for long stays. The hotel is brand new. You can expect it to be very clean. The room was clean, spacious even for a family. The sofa bed was good size for two kids. The breakfast was very nice, good variety, fresh food, and the breakfast staff are very friendly. The gym/pool/sauna are in very good shape. The staff in general are accommodating and friendly. The manager, Nesrine, made sure to get our feedback about the hotel when we ran into her. Overall, great experience at the Residence Inn. Eu recomendo este hotel especialmente para estadias longas. O hotel é novo. Você pode esperar que seja muito limpo. O quarto era limpo, espaçoso mesmo para uma família. O sofá-cama era de bom tamanho para duas crianças. O café da manhã era muito bom, boa variedade, comida fresca, e os funcionários do café da manhã são muito simpáticos. A academia/piscina/sauna estão em muito boa forma. A equipe em geral é atenciosa e amigável. A gerente, Nesrine, fez questão de obter nosso feedback sobre o hotel quando a encontramos. No geral, ótima experiência no Residence Inn.
