“Não poderia nos dar uma cama king size, não poderia nos manter no mesmo quarto, o cofre não funcionou no primeiro quarto depois de 2 horas tentando consertá-lo, eles tiraram o cofre e o substituíram por um cofre diferente que então falhou um dia depois. Quando eles nos trocaram de quarto, eles ainda não podiam nos dar uma cama king size. Neste quarto, o chuveiro de mão não funcionou, então o banheiro inundou no meio da noite, surpreendentemente havia uma cama king size para eles nos transferirem quando o banheiro inundava. Em seguida, eles se recusaram a comp nosso quarto após a inundação e nos emitiram um crédito de resort. Parece que passamos a maior parte de nossas férias na recepção lidando com problemas e nos movendo, então realmente aproveitamos nossas férias”
