“Eu paguei extra para o quarto king premiere. E sabe o que isso nos trouxe? Uma bela vista dos viadutos da rodovia e das pessoas que vivem abaixo deles. Eu não conseguia dormir com todo o barulho da rodovia. Eu solicitei um quarto diferente, disse a eles que eu não conseguia dormir estando tão perto da rodovia e nos movi 5 andares para cima e para o outro lado do corredor ... ainda ao lado da rodovia. Além disso, os quartos estavam sujos, parecia que o lugar não era espanado há meses em algumas áreas. A iluminação do banheiro era tão ruim que era como tomar banho com as luzes apagadas. A banheira também estava suja. A pintura estava descascando da parede no chuveiro. o papel de parede também estava descascando das paredes da área de dormir. E quando reclamei para o pessoal do balcão, eles não fizeram absolutamente nada! Fomos para fora para desfrutar da única parte decente deste hotel, a piscina, apenas para descobrir que mais da metade das janelas do edifício estavam rachadas! Moral desse discurso, não vá aqui, não desperdice seu dinheiro. A pousada confortável em que ficamos ao longo de nossa viagem somos facilmente 10 vezes mais legais do que este lugar! Não é à toa que o Omni o vendeu, é um lixo!”
