“First let me say the Sonesta brand has been one of my favorite brands because it set itself apart but when you stop being not brand it time to cut ties, I booked the hotel for 5 days 2 rooms 1 for my daughter and I for my wife and I, poor service by staff i will not tolerate, especially when i spend my hard earn money, i received extremely poor service by the bar staff 2 Latinos staff who were condescending and disrespectful after refusing to served (saying i must be mistaken because they were lazy to prepare what i order) what i needed when we order it 2 nights before as dinner with different staff, i escalate the issue with the manager who did nothing and i am still awaiting a redress to issue to this day, we decided to left the hotel a day earlier than plan, for me good service is the most important asset any brand could ever have, Sonesta you lost me I will spend where i am appreciated.”
