Desde a recepção, bar da piscina restaurante todo o staf de amabilidade e disponibilidade excepcionais. Ementa agradável e bem confeccionada. Quarto muito bom, cama e variedade de almofadas e um conjunto muito agradável de amenities... a voltar sempre que for possível.

Hotel ótimo, localização boa, os quartos são de tamanhos adequados, a limpeza dependendo o dia foi excelente.Precisaria que no check in os recepcionistas fosse mais interessados em explicar o hotel e o que podemos ou não usufruir do hotel. Eu estava em um quarto com alguns regalias e só sou quando estava fazendo o ckeck out. espaçoso a comida servida no restaurante/bar do hotel também excelentes.

Got a day pass to the pool. It included towels and a drink! The hotel is really beautiful and clean. But the people were the best part. Everyone was super friendly and very customer oriented. I’m 9 months pregnant and have an almost 3 years old so it’s not easy to go anywhere alone, but everyone made me feel comfortable and made everything super easy and accessible for us. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in Barcelona. Ps: the food, although a bit pricey, is really good. I was surprised by the flavours! Everything was really good!!

Muchísimo lujo en este hotel, des del servicio (muy atento y amable) hasta la calidad de la comida. Es un hotel frecuentado por artistas y gente famosa, sobre todo si hay algún evento en la ciudad. Las instalaciones también de categoría. La situación, en primera línea de mar prácticamente y en cuanto al precio, pues lo que se puede imaginar.

La ubicación. El trato del personal.Un diseño de interioresexcelente sobretodo la entrada del hoteliluminación. Etc...... la habitación tenía algunos fallos solventables.Creo que hay habitaciones mejores en este hotel por el precio que se pago.pero nos tocó la 608. Igualmente estamos encantadas.copa debienvenida. Y muy buena ubicación

Buen Hotel, pero no se si es 4 o 5 estrellas El hotel es cómodo y agradable, personal de recepción muy atento y servicial. Muy buen desayuno buffet con amplio horario de atención, pero el servicio de habitación es solo una vez al día por lo que si usas tus toallas no tienes cambio verpertino automático como debiera ser en un real 5 estrellas, igual debiera ranquearse en 4 estrellas y cobrar como tal. Esta algo retirado del centro y a la orilla del mar lo que lo hace un lugar agradable para descansar y hay una estación de Metro e

We stayed here on a Saturday night, and were very pleased. Pullman is just down the street from the beach, plus many great restaurants and local Casino. Check-in was pretty easy with signing some paperwork. We had gotten the Queen room and it was spacious. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. The bathroom was big with a nice shower and bathtub. A bunch of different amenities in the bathroom also. There is also a restaurant on the 1st floor plus a really nice bar area with a large TV. Unfortunately the pool was closed, but it is February. Will definitely be back.

Great location. Amazingly sincere and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet is very good. Lobby and outdoor bar are lively. In house restaurant has an interesting menu and high quality food. And an impressive choice of white wines. Rooms are nice. They have an unobtrusive door that "seals" off the bedroom. Perfect for keeping any hallway noise out if you want to catch some 😴. My only complaint is the size of the space for the toilet. If you are tall or have long legs you're not going to be comfortable sitting on the toilet.

Great hotel. Highly recommend. Decent location...10 euros to all the good restaurants but can also walk too. 5 Stars for the quality beds and pillows. Very comfortable. Not cool with the unexpected touristic tax.

Tuve la ocasión de estar en este Hotel hace un par de semanas,nada más llegar el recibimiento fue muy acogedor, pasando por sus puertas giratorias o si lo deseas más la puerta normal.En si el personal del hotel com bien comentó fue atenta desde principio a fin, sumado a su menú de desayuno espectacular.

First experience in this hotel. As usually I am rating first my contact with the reception (rating 5/5) . My room (junior suite following an upgrade) was pretty cool, bed quality good, the TV screen looks pretty small,large bathroom with shower and bath. Starting today I will aldo systematically remove 1 points each time I will see carpets in a hotel room. I was on the 2nd floor the room was pretty noisy by night, despite closed windows (rating 3/5). Last I had the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast in the main restaurant, the bar restaurant right after the reception and the catering in the meeting rooms all very good with an outstanding service quality. (Rating 5/5). Globally I will give (3/5) because of the room experience but we are really close to 4.

Super nice staff. Helped take bags from the curb to room. There was an issue with the initial room and they went above and beyond to make up for it. Room was large and clean with lots of storage. Breakfast was excellent. Eggs made to order including poached eggs. Very attentive wait staff for coffee or tea. Overall had a great time.

El hotel es guapo, las habitaciones son cómodas, tuvieron un detalle agradable por mi aniversario... Pero, luego de haber hecho el check-in a las 19:30hs se nos dijo de disfrutar las instalaciones y el bar de la terraza cerró a las 20:30, no pudimos ni beber un solo cocktail. En la cena, lo cierto es que la propuesta gastronómica para ser un hotel 5 estrellas deja bastante que desear. Lo demás, todo dentro de lo esperado!

Overall a good hotel. Great staff with a nice atmosphere to the rooms. The room temperature was too warm at night, the control would not go lower than 19CThe elevators are the slowest and seem to have very poor programing, they are not good enough for a hotel of this quality and detract from the overall experience. Temperature in the hallways was also too warm. Sometimes when waiting so long for an elevator you would start to sweat - not a good look when leaving for a business meeting.

We found the staff at the Pullman extremely friendly and helpful at all times.The hotel is clean, modern and efficient.Our room was more than comfortable - fabulous large bed, plenty of room and jacuzzi bath in the en-suite.We were impressed with the little touches - free bottles of water daily, chocolates every night delivered with the weather forecast for the following day, a diffuser for the hair dryer - I have never seen one of those in a hotel before!A decent strength hair dryer too which is important to most ladies!We enjoyed the roof top pool and bar with great views over the sea.Our only criticism is the price of the breakfasts which at €17 a head was in our opinion too high.Consequently we did not eat in the hotel.The location of this hotel could not be better.We liked the fact that the beach and the city were both within walking distance and there are several bus routes starting just outside the hotel.We would certainly recommend and would not hesitate to return when next in Barcelona.
