“Overall my stay was comfortable. They are doing some much needed upgrades. Staff chose a newly renovated room for my stay which was acceptable. However, they missed the mark when it came to the small amenities (no luggage rack, no microwave, desk chair seat was hard, toilet could use a sliding door for privacy, mini fridge needed replacing and parking should be discounted for guests.... even 10% off for parking would do well as a gesture). The bar area could use a serious upgrade but they've worked on the foyer which is nice and the atrium is nice also. My stay was comfortable but for the money spent I expected a bit more luxury.”
