We booked to stay 11 nights as I needed to resolve some passport issues in the city, and after a few days the people from the reception would not stop calling us to pay for half of the payment, even though we had still a few days to stay and booking.com had already taken some money from my card in advance. They were rude and left my mother in a state of complete anxiety. We felt as we’ve been treated as thieves and completely humiliated by the whole situation. I do NOT recommend this hotel solely for the mistreatment of the staff and disregarding for my mother’s health.”

Nice hotels as location and service, it was planned to spend only 3 days in this hotel, but due to the cleanliness and location of the hotel, I extended my stay in this hotel and canceled the other hotel.

I was ready to give a 5 stars review as the hotel itself as accommodation and breakfast are really good, but the staff treatment and management was just awful. We booked to stay 11 nights as I needed to resolve some passport issues in the city, and after a few days the people from the reception would not stop calling us to pay for half of the payment, even though we had still a few days to stay and booking.com had already taken some money from my card in advance. They were rude and left my mother in a state of complete anxiety. We felt as we’ve been treated as thieves and completely humiliated by the whole situation. I do NOT recommend this hotel solely for the mistreatment of the staff and disregarding for my mother’s health.

Had a great 3-night stay at this hotel. We got a room with a Jacuzzi and it was truly incredible! Good location and friendly staff.
Only downside was the A/C and Jacuzzi controls were hard to understand. Overall great experience!

Great hotel, the staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. The location, room and service was impeccable. The restaurants were a little quiet, but the food was very good!
