This is a very nice hotel and the staff has been incredible. However, unless your using points or have a lot of money to burn, I would recommend finding a different hotel for a better quality/value. We stayed twice on our trip, at the beginning and the end. For the first part of our trip, we redeemed points. They put us on the 23rd floor, which is an upgrade due to titanium status. This was an awesome way to start the trip. The room was slightly roomier than some of the other hotels we have stayed at in Japan, the beds were nice, it was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. Redeeming points, I was extremely happy to book this room. At the end of our trip, I had exhausted all of our points and decided to splurge beings I was bringing my Daughter to celebrate her graduation. It cost $600 a night roughly. I was thinking at that price, they would be putting us in a suite or something. We stayed in the same room that we got for free redeeming points except on the 21st floor. This was a huge disappointment as I had hyped it up to my daughter. I'm sure the fault is mine for not investigating the rooms further but, free vs. $600 a night? To me it absolutely was not worth $600 but, for some it may be. Lesson learned for me. (I also noticed a much nicer room that was vacant on the same floor). I am impressed they gave us the room that they did and upgraded us when staying with points. I also can not say enough great things about the staff. One other note, if you plan on eating at the restaurant, the cheapest burger on the menu was 3,200 yen. If you are thrifty, this is not the place for you. If you don't mind spending a bit to a lot more for great service, this could be right up your alley. The wooded park next to the hotel is a nice relaxing stroll. Also, I went walking around for about 2 hours to explore and found 4 temples. It was awesome. The room was clean and nice, but, the second room has wallpaper peeling off of the wall. For the rate paid, you would not expect peeling wallpaper, IMO.

Shuttle bus is provided to Shinagawa train station. Family mart is just below. Breakfast is a good spread and I live the freshness of its food. I was lucky to be given a very big room. Service wise is good. The front desk tried its very best to get me king room to no avail, then he got the housekeeping to combined 2 double bed into 1 big bed.

Room is clean and decently sized. Bathroom is quite old and not too clean - the bathtub glass divider is full of old soap stains, which is surprising considering it is the Marriott. It is a few minutes away by bus from the Shinagawa train station, and depending on bus schedule it comes around 3 times an hour (varies on weekdays/weekends) so it is pretty inconvenient if you miss the bus. The walking route is not covered once you alight (from hotel to train station) so if it rains you will need to take an umbrella. The bus stop at Shinagawa (to hotel) is only sheltered for the first 2 passengers - if it rains it is a cold and wet wait for the bus. First visit to the lounge - never again. Food was decent, but the crowd was overwhelming. Long queues at the buffet line, and tables were packed close to each other and absolutely full. (this was a weekend). It is incredibly popular with small families because of the cold weather and there isn't any restaurants within comfortable walking vicinity. Breakfast buffet was very good. Food was very fresh and delicious - especially the salad buffet section. Love the creative egg dishes from the egg station. Appreciate the Gotenyama Park next to the hotel. Very nice to walk around among the maple trees.

Good sized rooms for Tokyo. Easy walk to the station. Found the staff in the executive lounge a bit pushy though. Very insistent that we didn't outstay out maximum time when the lounge wasn't even busy. Rooms a bit noisy. You can hear the trains throughout the day.

Good service and cleanliness. Cocktail time in club lounge is excellent. Also, the breakfast is great. Variety of foods and fruits. They have free shuttle service from Shinagawa station.

Você pode ver o trem da sala da família. O fitness subterrâneo também é ótimo e espaçoso. O lounge parece ter vários padrões dependendo do dia da semana em Corona. O café da manhã é muito gratificante!

Se você andar da estação Shinagawa, pode caminhar muito e é uma subida suave. Existe um autocarro vaivém da Estação Shinagawa. A recepção fica no mesmo andar da entrada principal, mas fica em um pequeno espaço além do bar do restaurante. O quarto fica em uma colina, mesmo quando visto da estação Shinagawa, então a vista do quarto é boa e silenciosa. Velho, mas de bom gosto. É tudo feito vagamente. As comodidades do hotel estavam em uma caixa de madeira em uma rota de luxo para o exterior. Não há divisória entre o banheiro e o banheiro e é aberto. A banheira e o vaso sanitário na mesma cabine são separados apenas por uma placa de acrílico. Existem vários tipos de cafeteiras e chás, e gostei de várias coisas durante a minha estadia. Há uma loja de conveniência (FamilyMart) no prédio, o que é conveniente.

A comida do restaurante é muito boa, pois tomei medidas contra infecções. A 10 minutos a pé de Shinagawa, há também um ônibus gratuito. A paisagem e o jardim são maravilhosos, então é hora de conhecer.

O lado do hardware do equipamento etc. parece um pouco velho, mas compensa pelo lado do serviço. Usei-o com minha família em fevereiro. Quando eu disse a ele que minha esposa e meu filho estavam prestes a fazer aniversário, eles prepararam um bolo. Estou muito agradecido. Vou usar de novo.

Costumava ser Laforet Tokyo, mas foi a primeira vez para o Marriott Tokyo. O lounge executivo é incrível para beber álcool pela manhã. Eu também gostei de muitos itens. Achei que o café da manhã estava tentando manter o buffet funcionando. Arrumei as bebidas tanto quanto possível. Também dividi o pão em pequenos pedaços, um a um. Os pratos com ovos também são escritos primeiro no papel e aplicados. O desinfetante no elevador é um pouco vigoroso e bagunçado demais. Além disso, o check-in é muito demorado. Mesmo se eu colocar, é uma pontuação perfeita porque o lounge era bom. Além disso, talvez o pão de curry seja famoso, comprei muito porque meus vizinhos compraram. Terei amanhã de manhã. (^ ω ^)

Gotenyama tem uma forte impressão do velho Laforet. Acomodação executiva. Eu tive um momento terrível no check-in. O grande jardim ainda tem folhas fracas de outono. Um percurso pedestre para os habitantes locais. O quarto tem uma impressionante porta de madeira e um armário como uma casa geral. Parte do piso do banheiro de mármore é vermelho sujo (T-T) Não consigo ficar online na TV. É uma pena que relaxar com sua música favorita seja um dos prazeres de ficar. É velho, então não tem jeito. O salão é amplo e dá uma boa impressão. Buffet com máscara e luvas. Por se tratar de um naufrágio da corona, ele pode estar segurando o número de itens. Agradecemos a inauguração de alguns hotéis, como o Sendai Westin, onde o lounge está fechado. Nesse momento, o governo, que não impediu a flexibilização da imigração e adotou uma política de confinamento dos japoneses, nada pode dizer. Todos são vítimas do governo japonês.

Kinda far from the subway but this is a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was great and the lounge was superb. We stayed here for our honeymoon and was upgraded to one of the suites.

Nice convenient location with complimentary shuttle buses from/to Shinagawa Station.Services a bit lacking overall, maybe they are short of staff. Staff not friendly at breakfast/evening dinner and reception. except bellhop desk Mr Karim & Ma Mitake.No major issue during my stays except miscommunication on my reservations. Maybe lack of language skill.

Good location near the train station. Not a real touristy area of Tokyo. The lounge is nice but was extremely crowded. Rooms are big (for Tokyo) and comfy. Nice breakfast buffet.

Staff service level is very good. Location is very good, nice to walk around, and free shuttle bus provided at frequent timing to go to a nearby major train station. Room is well maintained, but some rooms are facing railway tracks so some noise can be heard when trains are passing by. Executive lounge is satisfactory, no great view but it's comfortable. Didn't have a chance to try their evening cocktail though.

Wow. What should have been a start to a great vacation was definitely slowed down by our first few nights at this Marriott. This was a two week trip, and I stayed at 5 other hotels in that period. Most cost between 100-200 a night. These fine folks must have seen some foreigners and decided to make a few quick bucks. They charged us (a lot!!) more than that per night. Every other hotel we stayed in was just as nice, or maybe even better. Fact is that we were charged for a below average at a five star price. I would highly recommend finding a better hotel in a better location in the city, you will save money, and have a more enjoyable stay while traveling in Tokyo.

Always love coming back to this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and beautiful rooms. The service from all the staff are exceptionally polite. Very friendly team. The buffet breakfast is amazing as always. Plenty of food from both Western and Japanese cuisine.

The hotel is just a 10 minute walk from Shinagawa Station or 15 if you are going slow. There are shuttles both ways so this is a very convenient location. In return you get well priced, large rooms. The views are good all round.The lounge has fantastic views and very comfortable seating.The rooms are well maintained, lots of sockets, you even get a free local phone that supports free calls to some countries and free internet access.The bathroom is nice.Small touches like the light in the wardrobe make the space very usable.Food is of a good standard, although with Shinagawa so close it’s easy to find lots of alternative options.Staff very helpful as you would expect at a Marriott.It’s an all round attractive hotel with good decor and well maintained.

Beautiful hotel with great service but location is not that convenient unless taking taxi. Enjoy a good walk at the beautiful garden located behind the hotel. The room is beautiful and they have a great lounge for higher tier members access. There is a convenient store located below.
