We stayed at NH Alexanderplatz for a short city break. The hotel was really great, has good location, the buffet breakfast is AMAZING, beds are really comfy. Rooms are spacious (we chose a simple standard room), we had a walk-in shower which was absolutely wonderful! The staff was also amazing, helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this hotels for others!

Really nice hotel with good sized rooms. Beds very comfortable, and an excellent buffet breakfast catering to most tastes - certainly recommend for business. A little out of the centre if you're vacationing in Berlin, but close enough to walk, and with good public transport links - don't be put off. Facilities are better here than others I've stayed at which are more central.

A good hotel near the centre of Berlin, many rooms, rich buffets and well suited for seminars. I can recommend it if you are planning a short trip to Berlin. Be careful, it's not directly at Alexanderplatz...

The location is great with only a 3 minute walk to the Tram that gets you to Alexanderplatz within a few stations. The hotel room was great but it was lacking a few amenities that I would usually expect to be ready. Upon asking the staff for additional necessities, they were happy to help us and provided everything we asked for. Very lovely staff!

Apesar de um começo tumultuado (nos colocaram em um qto super barulhento e dps em outro com 2 camas de solteiro!!!), a situação foi contornada. O hotel é bom porém nada.perto da Alexanderplatz, como faz crer o nome. Nada impossível... o acesso a Alexanderplatz é fácil através de 2 bondes a poucos metros do hotel mas parece "pegadinha" ao turista desavisado (eu, rsrsrs).

Já havia me hospedado antes na rede NH, mas o quarto que fiquei desta vez superou todos os outros. A vista da janela dava direto pra torre da TV. Uma dica é pedir para ficar num quarto silencioso e mais isolado.

Não posso falar muito do hotel, mas em relação ao quarto e ao pequeno almoço, muito bom o quarto era espaçoso limpo em relação ao pequeno almoço era muito bem composto com bastantes produtos.O ginásio minúsculo, mas está lá!! Uma passadeira uma bicicleta um banco e pesos! Tudo isto num espaço super pequeno três pessoas ali já é demais, outro problema do ginásio é que ele é junto da sauna por isso está constantemente calor e abafado tal como é numa sauna.Mas o hotel em si , é bastante bom as pessoas super atenciosas e simpáticas! Há exceção do ginásio nada contra a dizer!

El hotel esta a las afueras de todo lo céntrico pero llegas en cinco minutos en el tramvia que tiene al lado y tb dispone de autobuses cercanos, a nosotros nos gusta coger el hotel cerca del centro pero no en el mismo por el tema ruidos etc y la verdad que es muy acertado. Es un hotel moderno, los desayunos para mi de los mejores que he visto, no súper amplio pero todo lo que tiene esta bueno y a parte, tienen varias bebidas vegetales, miel de sus abejas, productos ecológicos, sin gluten, para dietas etc etc y se agradece y el cafe esta bueno!!! El personal muy agradable, de hecho la chica que nos atendió nos habló en español ( nuestro inglés es muy básico). No le pongo un cinco porque el primer dia que nos alojamos la habitación estaba muy limpia (hab.651)estuvimos de viernes a martes, el sabado igual super limpia,pero las dos ultimasnoches de dos copas que utilice (una por dia)para tomar medicación se acumularon hasta el dia de irnos, ni se recogieron ni se lavaron ni se cambiaron, y eso no me gustó nada.. al igual que el wc no se habia barrido. Por todo lo demás muy bien una pena la limpieza o la persona que le tocó limpiar la habitación.

The hotel is just fine. The beds are excellent. Neighborhood is simply dull. And the Alexander platz is at least a 30 minute walk. So, given the name it’s a bit of a scam. With an e-scooter or e-step it’s doable in the 10 minutes that the hotel says it takes.
But it’s quiet, staff is nice, there’s a parking for your car and the breakfast is included. Which you need for a hike to the far away Alexanderplatz ;-)

Nos ha encantado poder disfrutar de sus estancias y sin duda el desayuno! Un espectáculo! Muy amplio, limpio y ordenado con mucha variedad de productos y elaboración muy cuidada, cambio de los platos calientes diariamente. Todas las noches visitamos el bar donde nos aconsejaron una ginebra autóctona de Berlín que nos la prepararon en copa con naranja y pepino que nos dejó enamorados. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo en especial al restaurante y bar, por hacernos sentir como en casa!

Es un hotel muy completo. El personal atiende en inglés y alemán. En el hotel te proporcionan los abonos transporte diarios. El último día una vez echo el checkout, te guardan las maletas y si lo solicitas, te imprimen las tarjetas de embarque gratis. Todo con mucha amabilidad.

Está bien comunicado para conocer la ciudad, a solo unas pocas paradas en tranvía de Alexanderplatz. Hay un par de restaurantes cerca y una pequeña tienda que vende algo de comida y bebida. El desayuno muy completo y el personal amable. Lo recomiendo.
