“The location is great with only a 3 minute walk to the Tram that gets you to Alexanderplatz within a few stations. The hotel room was great but it was lacking a few amenities that I would usually expect to be ready. Upon asking the staff for additional necessities, they were happy to help us and provided everything we asked for. Very lovely staff!”
