“Se não fosse pelo jovem do departamento de arrumação, essa resenha ganharia uma estrela. Ele foi o único que foi educado, prestativo e ofereceu qualquer ajuda. Eu gostaria de saber o nome dele. Ele era um jovem negro com mechas curtas no cabelo. A única parte boa deste hotel. A equipe da recepção age como se tivessem coisas melhores para fazer. Nada amigável, sem boas maneiras e não oferece ajuda ou assistência. Além disso, os carrinhos que os clientes usam para carregar seus pertences são os piores que já vi. Eles deveriam investir em alguns carrinhos melhores, mais duráveis e eficazes. Cama tinha manchas na capa. Sofá parece sujo, velho e sujo. O quarto tem um odor. Tão desapontado. Não vai ficar nunca mais!”

“Soooo not happy with the Hilton chain. This is my second start here since Late November and it was the same… sub par. The rooms always have something wrong! Both rooms were super dusty with cobwebs and general dirt. The dishes in this king suite were dirty. I asked for towels to be sent to the room and after two calls they still didn’t come. I went to get the towels myself and found The person to deliver the towels was sitting in the lobby busy watching football. The toilet ran ALL NIGHT. The maintenance guy NEVER wore a mask. Both elevators were broken and I was on the 5th floor.The staff is nice. Unfortunately they seem to be working with substandard facilities.Bring an Honors Member just might not be worth it. This hotel is just ok. It’s sort of a last resort for me though. No reason to stay here again. Moving on.Hope your experience is better!”
