“My stay at the Homewood Suites at College Park, Georgia was the worst stay I've experienced at any hotel I have ever stayed at. The General Manager acted as though she ran an internment camp. I was bitten multiple times by bed bugs and had to visit a doctor. There was a obnoxious smell in the room and I ended up having to go to the doctor again and given prescription for an inhaler and prednisone pills. I asked to be moved and it took over a week for them to move me to another room. The new room had the same obnoxious smell. The hotel never moved me from that room though I asked to move for weeks. I googled about what kind of smell bed bugs gave off and described the smell I was experiencing. I was able to smash one of the bed bugs that bit me. Blood came out on the sheet. I called the hotels desk and reported that there were bed bugs in my bed and it was over three hours before someone from the hotel staff came to check out the room. Another 2 1/2 hours went by and I didn't hear from any other staff members. At that point I checked out of that hotel.I called Hilton corporate office and was informed that it was up to the hotels General Manager to resolve my issues. I was back at square one. Nothing was resolved. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to Homewood Suites By Hilton. I have a video of the live bed bugs and the blood stain on the bed sheets.”

“Mi estadía fue horrible, tenía un empleado en mi habitación comiendo papas fritas y en su teléfono cuando me registré en mi habitación. Llame a la recepción para informar que la situación se rió de mí y dijo que solo estaba limpiando la habitación. No podía dejar ningún otro hotel disponible para mi familia. El personal tardó dos días en responder a mi queja. Mi hija pidió toallas y le dijeron que las toallas estaban en espera. Me dijeron que mi factura debía pagarse cuando, de hecho, mi factura ya estaba pagada. Los autos clave no funcionaron, el personal me dijo en la puerta y no se movió. La habitación tenía olor y había un empleado muy ruidoso a cargo del desayuno que hacía imposible un desayuno tranquilo por la mañana. La zona de la piscina no estaba limpia. Este hotel no es una buena opción para familias. No recomendaría este hotel a nadie.
