A comida e o serviço amigável e atencioso realmente se destacaram em comparação com outros resorts 5 estrelas com tudo incluído em que me hospedei.Os restaurantes a la carrts eram realmente bons. La Luce realmente se destacou pela excelente comida e serviço. Israel cuidou muito bem de nós. Até o bufê era bem administrado e constantemente limpo, ao contrário da bagunça desleixada que encontrei em outros resorts. Teve algumas torradas muito boas de abacate pelo serviço de quarto uma manhã também.Passei muito tempo aproveitando a piscina. Yareli e Pedro fizeram um ótimo trabalho sugerindo bebidas e lanches e cuidando para que fôssemos bem atendidos.Meus meninos gostaram das atividades organizadas, jogaram uma tonelada de vôlei e caiaque e fizeram um monte de amigos com quem eles saíram durante toda a nossa estadia.O café do saguão era um ótimo lugar para obter minha dose diária de café expresso e sempre recebia um ótimo serviço de Laura no bar do saguão.O hotel também tinha uma boa variedade de opções de entretenimento noturno.Eu definitivamente estarei de volta.”

“We’ve stayed in Mexico dozens of times. Mostly in the Cancun / Playa stretch at 4/5 star all inclusive. The Hilton is a very nice resort with incredible service. The activities staff were super fun and helpful, especially Angel, Fer, Victor, and Jesus.The wait staff always had a good attitude and we’re quick to help with anything you could ask for. I appreciated that the lobby wasn’t filled with wet and sand like most resorts here.Instead it was a beautiful lobby bar that was relaxing and disconnected from pool/beach area. There’s a number of things they still need to get right. There aren’t nearly enough hooks in rooms (or any in ours). Where are you supposed to hang a towel or a dress? The sand on the beach was terribly rocky. Otherwise a fabulous stay that will get better as they work to improve.”
