Good location if you plan to go to oceanographic. Nice staff ready to help speaking at least Spanish and English but furniture is old, also equipment.

TOTAL RIP OFF !!!!!!!!!! Such a shame for NH brand . Tiny rooms but paid premium price! no tea & coffee facility. iron board . even budget hotels offering more than this. Reception staffs doesnt engage. Didnt even ask how was our stay , not even smile ! One of the worst experience . Tiny bathrooms cant , bathroom floods while taking shower Except BF ( at the hotel near by ) nothing was good .. Total rip off . Value for the money is 0 !!!!!!!!!!

I liked very much to stay at NH Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, with very comfy beds. Personal from reception very kind. It's situated in a modern neighbourhood of Valencia, very close to the "City of Arts and Sciences", just across the road.Markets and restaurants are in nearby and also bus stations to take you in the center of Valencia or to the beach.

Overall good stay. Easy to get to from the airport. The checkin was very good even if I came at midnight. The room was good and clean. They had two pillows each which was nice. The AC was a bit weak but it was not too hot outside. Breakfast was also good with lots of options. The coffee was also good. Thank you

Un poco apartado del centro, pero hay autobús en la puerta que te lleva y trae del mismo centro. Perfecto para visitar la Ciudad de las Ciencias y demás, está a 2 minutos. La habitación un poco minimalista, puede mejorar, pero nada malo a destacar.

El hotel está bien situado pero las habitaciones individuales son un poco justas. El sistema de aire/calefacción no funciona muy bien y no se llega a alcanzar un ambiente agradable dentro de la propia habitación. El desayuno está bien.

La habitación es normalita, el armario por llamarlo de alguna manera es poco práctico, el baño está viejo. Las camareras de piso que hacen las habitaciones son muy agradables pero las de recepción no se enteran de nada. En las habitaciones hace frío intentas poner el aire caliente y solamente sale frio, llamamos a recepción para que nos solucionaran el problema desde dos habitaciones y en una primera llamada nos dijeron que los huéspedes ya se habían quejado y que no había solución y en la segunda llamada nos dijeron que los huéspedes tenían calor y habían quitado el aire caliente. El día de entrada del hotel nos dijeron que disponíamos de las 2 habitaciones el día de salida hasta las 3 pm pero el último día nos dio por preguntar y nos dijeron que una de las 2 habitaciones la teníamos que dejar antes. En definitiva una pésima experiencia en el hotel lo único bueno la situación a la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. No volveremos al hotel ni regalado

He pasado sólo una noche y me ha parecido un hotel tranquilo. Ubicación excelente, además de tener un Supercor express, varios restaurantes y un centro comercial cerca. Las habitaciones son normales pero bastante limpias. La almohada y la cama muy cómoda. Los armarios muy pequeños si vas a pasar más de un fin de semana. Baño minúsculo (al menos en mi habitación), pero limpio. Muchísimo tráfico y ruido si te toca una habitación hacia la avenida. Pero en general bastante bien.

Reservamos el hotel en un paquete junto con la entrada al Oceanografic y debe ser que dejan para los paquetes combinados las peores habitaciones. La nuestra daba a la avenida principal, con lo que el ruido era brutal, con carga y descarga y la recogida de basuras a las cinco de la mañana, incluso con la ventana cerrada. El baño minúsculo. Yo mido 1,70 y apenas me podía mover en la ducha/bañera y si hablamos de las camas, de las más incómodas en las que he dormido últimamente. En definitiva, si no quieren tener malas críticas, no vendan esos paquetes y mucho menos ofrezcan esas habitaciones.

Excelente atención en recepción. Felicidades al personal, sobre todo el de las mañanas. Las habitaciones están muy cómodas y limpias. Los baños bien limpios. Me encantó que tuviésemos una pequeña máquina de café y te incorporada. Se agradece un mundo. Lo recomiendo y de seguro volveremos.

Diré de lo mejor a lo peor. Lo mejor: la limpieza de habitaciones es EXPECTACULAR. De lo mejor que he visto. También mencionar la tranquilidad del hotel en si. También es de decir que esta rodeado de bares para desayunar y muy accesible a todo. Lo Peor. Son sólo dos cosas. Que para mí son la verdad algo vitales de ahí que no ponga 5 estrellas. La primera es que no tienen escobilla en los baños y es algo que me molesta. Y segundo es que los armarios por lo menos en las habitaciones que estuve eran raquíticos. Si vienes como es mi caso para una semana ese armario no sirve para nada más que adorno.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Muiiito perto do Oceanógrafo, falha em não ter frigobar nos quartos, mas falaram que estão providenciando. Muitos bares e restaurantes ao redor. Recomendo.

Estaba por Valencia Capital y necesitaba estar unas horas descansando en un hotel, reservé por medio de la Web Byhours 6 horas por 35€ este hotel. De primeras, la atención en recepción impecable, con un trato exquisito. Después cuando subo a la habitación, me encuentro que está súper limpia, baño incluido, es pequeña, pero muy acogedora (colchones comodisimos, almohadas también). Con conexión a WiFi inmediata. Desde la habitación reservo un desayuno, el cual me parece que tiene un precio excesivo (13,90€), pero por lo menos tiene un bufett muy variado y equilibrado, para todos los gustos, aquí también el trato exquisito. Súper recomendable, repetiré seguro. Por poner, una cosa que deberían solucionar, es el pago por smartphone....en los dos terminales que intenté pagar, fue imposible hacerlo, pero con tarjeta física si....es lo único a mejorar.

Es una maravilla para ir a visitar la ciudad de las ciencias. Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas pero muy cómodas y nuevas. Todo súper limpio, el personal es encantador y el buffet desayuno un espectáculo. Fuimos con una bebe de 4 meses y una niña de 5 años, optamos por dos habitaciones q se comunicaban por el interior y no pudimos estar más cómodos! Tuvieron un detalle con mi hija, le dieron un regalo para colorear. Sin duda repetiremos

Ubicación y desayuno bueno bueno; ha sido de los hoteles donde más opciones saludables y sin gluten he visto, varias opciones de leches vegetales, el personal bastante amable. El hotel en sí mismo, es malo, muy pequeñas las habitaciones, no hay frigorífico en el cuarto, la calefacción no se puede regular y había un CALOR INCREÍBLE tanto que teníamos que abrir las ventanas, los baños son realmente pequeños y no están limpios al 100%. Para más de dos días mejor buscar otra opción.

Una de las habitaciones con muy poca higiene, paredes llenas de suciedad, polvo en toda la habitación, baño sucio... He pedido el cambio de habitación y la verdad que mucho mejor. Se entiende que es un hotel "viejo" 70€/noche, pero cueste lo que cueste y tenga los años que tenga bajo mi opinión, la higiene no puede faltar. Viajo mucho, y siempre me hospedo en NH de normal mi experiencia es muy buena, aunque concretamente en este hotel o mejor dicho esta habitación por qué no digo que todas estén así, deja mucho que desear.

La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada pero era de un tamaño muy reducido. Para hacer un par de noches de manera aceptable aunque no así el precio que me ha parecido excesivo. 80€/noche un día 1 de octubre..El personal muy agradable.

Buen hotel para descansar pero nada más, porque no cuenta con habitaciones grandes ni restaurante. El parking se paga 22€ si pasas de 5 horas. Limpieza impecable. Y el desayuno también estuvo muy bien por su variedad. Ubicación perfecta.

O corredor de acesso aos quartos, do nosso piso, cheirava muito a fumo de cigarro, e esse cheiro propagava-se para o interior do nosso quarto. As janelas voltadas para a fachada principal do hotel fazem uma fraca vedação do ruído exterior, permitindo a passagem de muito barulho durante a noite. Para além disso tivemos o azar de ter hóspedes muito jovens no nosso piso que faziam muito barulho durante a noite. O pequeno almoço era bom. Uma falha é a ausência de minibar no quarto.

Personal amable y gran ubicación. Hotel sencillo, las habitaciones no son muy grandes y no tienen minibar. Si estás acostumbrado a la cadena, puedes sentirte algo decepcionado. El desayuno es variado y con bastantes cosas a elegir aunque menos que en otros NH. No encontrarás mucho surtido de bollería o panes pero aún así está bastante bien, con hambre no te vas a quedar.

En general el hotel es aceptable. Habitaciones con camas cómodas aunque el baño minúsculo. El desayuno correcto. El gran problema el ruido de la calle, que no deja ni dormir (en nuestro caso estando en una 4a planta). El descanso se ve claramente comprometido. Deberían utilizar ventanas con mejor sellado para minimizar el ruido.

Great experience!!! It is a bit too basic with not swimming pool or any other services, but it was clean and decent, super well located. Closed to the Ciudad de las ciencias, close to a mall, a lot of restaurants and bars... one tip: there is a free parking not far from the hotel. Personally, 22€ for parking in the hotel is a robbery. Also, to travel with kids, there are many playgrounds in the area and close to bars: kids can enjoy a night out too. 🙂

I had an overall great stay at NH. The hotel is well positioned between the city centre and the beach, so both can be reached by foot, in a very safe area. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I was a bit worried about the hotel, as some people complained about noise, but I enjoyed listening to the concert at the opera house in the evening, from my hotel room :)

Room is kinda small, bathroom as well. The reception doesn't pick up the phone and when you go down, you see 2 of them doing the check-in of 1 person. Swimming pool costs 5.50euros(pay for it??) And the most ridiculous thing is selling ice (!!!) "the transportation to your room" for 8 EUROS. 8!!! IS THAT NORMAL?! And not giving it for free,ok,but not for 8euros.

Great position to visit the city of the arts and sciences. Rooms are not so big and the furniture was small, especially if you will stay for more than 2-3 days with your partners. Nice breakfast service and great receptionists.
