“The bar is dead at night and not much around to do/see. Reported the rats running about outside the hotel door which clearly isn't good!! I was on 4th floor, 2 night work trip so just wanted to leave as soon as I could. My room was clean (ish) the shower was poor ( the bath tap and shower had to run together as the diverter valve was broken) staff seem miserable. Maybe the management need to focus and sort things out as it could be a lovely hotel”

Senhoras na recepção muito rudes. O quarto deve estar pronto às 15h. Mas não era. Somente depois de meu vigoroso questionamento e resmungos, finalmente conseguimos nosso quarto depois de mais 15 minutos.

Os quartos eram bons, relativamente grandes e agradáveis e limpos. O design está um pouco desatualizado, mas não nos importamos com isso. Nós realmente apreciamos a banheira no banheiro. O buffet de pequeno-almoço era muito bom. Eu realmente gostei da 'experiência de chá', havia uma boa seleção de ervas e especiarias frescas e secas para adicionar ao seu bule de chá privado. A recepção foi um pouco menos positiva, foi difícil entender o pessoal da recepção e eles não falaram muito claro. Embora houvesse uma bebida refrescante, isso não a tornou uma recepção calorosa.

Rooms were good, relatively big, and nice & clean. Design is a little outdated but we didn't care about that. We really enjoyed the bathtub in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very good. I really enjoyed the 'tea experience', there was a good selection of fresh and dried herbs and spices to add to your private tea pot. The welcome was a little less positive, it was difficult to understand the personell at the reception and they didn't speak very clear. Although there was a refreshing drink, that didn't make it a warm welcome.

Foi muito difícil reservar um quarto ligando para nh. Liguei para um hotel NH na Alemanha e fui encaminhado para um escritório na Espanha onde, apesar da língua alemã, o conhecimento era limitado. Como resultado, minha reserva de quarto levou mais de 30 minutos. Teria sido feito em três minutos através de um portal. Os quartos do hotel eram muito espaçosos.

Eu não gostei do hotel. Praticamente não há lobby no hotel, é escuro.. Não há tomadas perto das camas nos quartos. E se você desligar a luz do teto, toda a eletricidade é desligada no ao mesmo tempo, baixe a tampa. Parece ninharias, mas reduz o conforto do hotel. O café da manhã não era ruim, o hotel está localizado na área industrial.

Nós estivemos aqui uma noite em trânsito com nossos dois filhos. Nós tivemos uma ótima estadia Mesmo com uma chegada tardia, não foi um problema conseguir cobertores e travesseiros. O café da manhã era muito rico com muitas coisas diferentes deliciosas. O pessoal da recepção, bem como no café da manhã era muito amigável. A instalação é um pouco velha, mas ainda está bem conservada. Seria bom se o estacionamento para os hóspedes do hotel fosse incluído. Foi a nossa segunda estadia aqui e gostaríamos de escolher este hotel novamente e novamente quando estiver na área.

A nice hotel with generally good facilities and polite staff. I only gave it 3 stars based on my experience of how dirty the room was. The floor had clearly not been swept or moped for a long period. In addition, my duvet was dusty and had hairs on as did the pillow cases. Reception were quick to bring replacements but these were just as dirty. I ended up sleeping without the pillow or duvet. On the plus side the breakfast options were good. Would I stay again? No, based on hygiene.

Dated hotel, adequately furnished rooms, reasonably clean. The old carpeting all around the hotel was a tad dusty. Breakfast spread was adequately wide, and the food fresh. However, the reception was abysmal. Firstly, the reception did not answer telephone calls. Room service informed us that reception staff tend to be too busy to answer calls. Room service handled our request promptly. Secondly, we discovered a shirtless man wandering around the corridor one morning. We informed the lady at the reception of this, and she informed us that he had already gone into his room. This was difficult to believe since hardly ten seconds had passed between us seeing him on the first floor and us reporting the incident to the reception. The lackadaisical unconcerned response was thoroughly underwhelming. This property doesnot feel like an NH property, and gives the impression of a budget rural inn.

Clean and relatively big rooms. Hotel from outside looks very old but inside is OK. Very good value for money. Wifi ok. Difficult public transport to Mannheim, especially during weekends. Taxi drivers don't accept credit cards. Location next to the shopping mall. Rooms quiet.

It was in a nice area, with many restaurants and things to do close by.You are also located by the tram station, which is very convenient.The hotel itself is dated... the rooms are pretty basic.I had 1 towel, 1 blanket, and had to ask for a tea kettle for coffee in the morning,as well as an ironing stuff, hair dryer didn't work..I felt like i was at the front desk a lot asking for basic amenities..the mattress is very hard so I asked for an additional blanket to put down to sleep on. They are were nice, and accommodated me, but you felt like you were high maintenance asking for everything..when it would not take much for this hotel to be rated higher. Breakfast was nice.. wifi was spotty at best..we attended a corporate workshop there.. and would definitely not recommend this place until they upgrade their system.
