Imagine aquele quarto espaçoso com uma cama king size com travesseiros limpos e abundantes! Vista para um bosque! Quarto que pode ser conjugado com os filhos! Amenidades a parte! Um estacionamento público do lado! Café da manhã bem servido e diferenciado! Restaurante! Serviço de quarto! Bom, quase tudo aqui descrito você vai encontrar nos sites, mas sem a certeza que isso realmente é verdade! Então recomendo que você próprio venha conferir! Eu conferi e gostei!

O hotel é grande com instalações confortáveis, porém não tem aconchego para quem espera isso de uma viagem de lua de mel como foi a minha. No quarto, o exaustor do banheiro não estava funcionando, além de estar muito sujo; o ralo do box do chuveiro não escoava a água direito acumulando sujeira.

Situado no coração de Florença, o NH hotel oferece ótimos serviços e uma vista linda! Os funcionários comunicam-se bem em inglês e espanhol e atendem prontamente às solicitações dos hóspedes. Há alguns funcionários brasileiros, também. O serviço de quarto é encerrado às 22:00h, mas os pratos são deliciosos! Café da manhã riquíssimo, com direito a queijos locais de dar água na boca. O hotel tem um delicioso perfume próprio que paira no ar para ser encontrado, depois, nos amenities deixados nos quartos. O bar serve vinhos e drinks com elegância sutil. Não tem estacionamento próprio, infelizmente. Mas possui convênio com um estacionamento próximo que conta com manobrista que busca e entrega o carro na hora pedida, porém fica indisponível entre 00:00h e 08:00h. Para ter o carro disponível nesse horário, melhor usar o estacionamento rotativo exatamente em frente ao hotel. Recomendo!!

WOW I loved this hotel. It was fantastic. The lobby/main areas were modern, clean, and attractive. I had a room on the top floor with a big balcony and a great view of the city. The room was small, but who spends time in their room while in Florence? I especially loved the rooftop and rooftop pool. We had drinks up there every night of our visit. The views were outstanding. No need to stand in line to hike to the top of The Duomo when you stay at this hotel in my opinion. The pool was also a great respite on the extremely hot days. We loved the morning breakfast. It was especially great since I was traveling with 7 people and it made meeting up and getting breakfast in the morning an ease. The hotel is slightly outside of the city center, but it was still very easy to get around.

Location is convenient, however the room is dirty with stained, scuffed and scratched furniture. The outlet in the bathroom is hanging off of the wall, mold in the shower, water damage in the bathroom, shower drain clogged. And when we woke up we noticed there are mosquitoes in the room , how could they get in? We have no idea, but now we have bites all over. Also, our water bottles in the mini fridge were half empty from the previous guest. This hotel seems like a party hotel, loud guests and trashed rooms.

Amazing location outside of the busy centre, easy 15 min walk to all the destinations, incredibly kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing and great value for €13. Fitness centre 6min walk away was convenient. Rooftop pool is not heated so we did not use that as much as we expected but the rooftop provides a beautiful view. Overall amazing hotel I’d stay here again for sure.

Las habitaciones y desayuno bueno. Pero nos pareció vergonzoso que nos cobrasen 25 euros por día por el parking, y encima si quieres sacar el coche tienes que pagarles 5 euros por cada vez que lo necesites. Pensamos que ya es suficientemente caro la noche de parking como para encima pagar por disponer de él cada vez. Además hay que avisarles com antelación de la hora que vas a querer el coche. Ese hecho no nos gustó nada.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue muy buena. Las habitaciones eran perfectas, el bufete increíble. Tiene una terraza arriba de todo con piscina y si no deseas bañarte puedes tomarte algo ya que tienen mesas y disfrutar de las vistas que tiene de Florencia. La ubicación está bastante bien, muy cerca del centro. El servicio genial, muy amable y si tienes cualquier problema te lo solucionan rápido.

Mi experiencia en la Estadía del hotel fue muy agradable, El bufete cuenta con todas las comodidades,además cuenta con unpersonal Latino que hablabaespañol eso me ayudo mucho en la interacción ya que no domino el lenguaje ingles y Italiano .la atención de maravilla con respecto a la comida buenísima los platos y dulces típicos Florentino de Carnaval muy buenos excelente atención.

This is what I would consider a budget 4 star hotel.Minimal amenities, including no free water, coffee or tea. Shower water was either really hot or really cold. Food at the hotel is absolutely mediocre and extremely overpriced. For example the burger which is 22 euros was basically a reheated frozen patty. The bread rolls that come with the meals are rock hard and obviously left over from breakfast. The breakfast was good with a lot of hot and cold options for a price of 12 Euros. You are able to fully control the temperature in your room. Wifi was okay not the fastest but decent for web browsing and streaming netflix.

Awesome hotel at a convenient spot. The fact that you can walk to most of the touristic places and avoid any disruption due to closed streets for cars thanks to a parking lot next door is extremely convenient. Also the staff is highly supportive and helpful, Claudia, Simona, July and Francesca made our stay feel like home.

El hotel, sin duda, debería estar con un mínimo de 4 estrellas, pero mi última estancia hace que deba darle está valoración: me alojó aquí por trabajo, con turnos complicados (cómo lo puede ser el de muchos de los empleados del hotel) y la habitación que me dieron (la 549), aunque parecía algo más pequeña de lo habitual (eso no es problema), estaba junto a un núcleo de comunicaciones que se hacía especialmente molesto por el ruido.La habitación, como siempre, eso sí, bastante limpia en todos los ámbitos (aunque con restos en el espejo típicos de haber limpiado con un paño ya sucio).El desayuno, si bien pretende ser cuidadoso con el COVID, es muy poco práctico: hay unas ventanas en la parte inferior de los mostradores por las que se debe pasar la comida que son muy poco prácticas y casi nada se termina pasando por ahí, con lo que es un quiero y no puedo. La veriedad y la calidad, razonables.El personal, amabilísimo, como suele serlo el de todos los NH.Tiene una muy buena ubicación respecto a la ciudad.La nevera en la habitación es muy útil.La iluminación artificial del baño es muy pobre y los focos dan un calor terrible.Además, el agua tiene esos incómodos cambios de temperatura: sale a la temperatura seleccionada y, cada 15-20 segundos, una oleada de temperatura ardiendo.En definitiva, los detalles hacen que no pueda dar más valoración que la que doy.

Hay una terraza muy bonita con piscina, pero la piscina cierra a las 18:30 en pleno veranoy sorprendentemente no se puede cenar allí, a pesar de haber mesas y camareros, ni siquiera un sandwich.Por cierto solo se puede cenar en el restaurante, donde no hay sándwiches y la hamburguesa cuesta 24 euros. Si solventasen estos problemas, el hotel no tendría ni una pega.

El hotel es bonito y el personal muy amable. Tuvimos un imprevisto que hacía imposible dormir en la habitación y no dudaron en mandarnos a otro hotel de la misma cadena manteniendo todas las condiciones y el precio. Los imprevistos pueden surgir, pero da gusto cuando los empleados buscan y encuentran alternativas. Enhorabuena por vuestro servicio.
