“Foi uma experiência muito ruim ficar neste hotel. Fiquei por 2 noites.No check-in será informado que no dia seguinte às 16h00 e acima não poderá ser utilizado pois será utilizado para uma cerimónia de casamento.Uma das facilidades que atrai este hotel é a piscina que dá para a praia de Kuta. A recepção do hotel disse apenas "apenas 1 dia, senhor", fiquei apenas 2 noites, senhor e, claro, se você quiser nadar, não é de manhã cedo ou à tarde. De manhã, descobriu-se que começou a instalar decorações na piscina. Sim, definitivamente não é confortável de usar.Na hora do casamento, eu tinha voltado para o hotel. O som do sistema de som entra na sala. É extraordinário, parece estar em um hotel falso.Parece que precisa ser revisto para ️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Os quartos são ok, o café da manhã é ok, as instalações são muito ruins, a hospitalidade é horrível. Definitivamente não vou voltar aqui novamente.”

“¡Un hotel con una vista increíble y fresca! Se recomienda alojarse en el último piso (especialmente el que tiene balcón). Por la mañana puedes relajarte mientras contemplas Bali.Hay un spa y una piscina. Té, café y agua caliente también están disponibles en la habitación. También hay una bañera de hidromasaje, artículos de tocador completos. Hay una pequeña habitación/armario y una percha está disponible. También hay habitaciones comunicadas. Me alojé aquí por 3 días y 2 noches, las habitaciones siempre se limpian y las toallas y otras herramientas se cambian todos los días.El menú del desayuno es muy variado y no hay que dudar del sabor de la comida, desayuna mientras contemplas la hermosa Kuta. Deberías intentar.Menos: cuando estuve allí, la televisión tenía problemas, así que no podía ver la televisión, así como el WiFi. Pero aún tolerable. Gracias Mercure Kuta”
