“My stay was for three nights and four days and I was extremely happy with my accommodation. From the moment I step on the property the gentleman at the entrance assisted with opening my car door and with my luggage. The check in and check out process was quick and hassle free. The entire staff (housekeeping, reception desk) were very friendly and professional.
The room was large and clean. I did not have any issues with water pressure nor water temperature. I had hot and cold water. Housekeeping clean my room daily. I also had no issues with noise, my room was very quiet. This was my first time visiting Miami and the staff made it enjoyable.
As a middle age female traveling alone, I felt safe at this hotel and in the surrounding area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone regardless of age, single or married or families. I really enjoyed my stay here.”

“This is my favorite hotel in Miami. Perfect location and amazing view. Everybody is very friendly. The hotel rooms were clean as always. We never used our car. You can still go to Miami Beach with a cab for a very reasonable price, so you don’t have to worry about parking anywhere”
