“Loved to be a guest at Rixos premium JBR. Lovely people, amazing room with an amazing view. Towels and bed sheet were clean. the housekeeper was very accurate. At the pool the staff was very polite and helped to find the best place. Also in the morning the staff was very lovely and helped wherever they could. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who loves beach and pool.”

“Some feedback from my recent stay.
Good points:
-beautiful rooms. bed is very comfortable, bathroom is great.
-great pool and beach
-great gym
-helpful and friendly staff
Some not so good points:
-Hotel doesn't take covid seriously. Many guests walking around maskless. Lifts packed with 10+ people and not wearing masks. Restaurant staff handling cutlery with no gloves and not wearing masks properly. The place is asking for an outbreak to occur.
-Not enough lifts. They are full a lot of the time and a round trip from room to lobby can take 20 mins. And I wasn't even staying in peak season.
-Not enough beds around the pool area
-Not enough staff on reception. Waiting time to be served was excessive. And it wasn't even peak season.
-kettle in the room wasnt working
-many tv channels in the room weren't working”
