“Very clean and well maintained property. Rooms are modern and clean. We usually get the 2 queen rooms. Ideal location for conferences but not the best location if you wanted to walk and explore downtown Chicago. Definitely need to drive or take a taxi/car.”

“Luis at the front desk was very attentive and friendly. He greeted me as soon as I walked up and it took less than 5 minutes to get me checked in. Lobby is a fairly large open space. Decorum is nice but the seats are VERY low. The night I arrived there was a NBA playoff game on in the bar, very busy area and bartenders were on top of everything. My room was spacious? Super clean and lots of outlets for your phone(s) and laptop and any other electronic device. Amazing view of the lake. Didn't give 5 stars because there isn't a 24 hr market pantry so I couldn't get a soft drink after 10pm because the market area closes at that time. A minor thing but good to know ahead of time.”
