Este hotel continua a ser um dos melhores hotéis que eu conheço para passar uns dias de férias. Tudo é muito bom com excepção dos quartos que são pequenos. Vale bem o preço.

Queremos deciros que lo hemos pasado excelente en Palma de Mallorca. La playa espectacular con arena muy limpia y agua transparentes. en el hotel lo hemos pasado divino, muy buena atención en el comedor, buenas piscinas, buena habitación y siempre limpia y ordenada. Gracias a todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel, volveremos pronto!!!

Habitación, atención del personal y limpieza excelentes! El hotel un placer, solo para adultos! Gran desayuno, súper completo y excelentes los tragos de la barra! Recomendable para alemanes, nadie habla en español y es imposible conseguir comida española. A somo 5 minutos caminando encontrás bares y restaurantes (alemanes).

My husband and I stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon. The views, food, and staff were wonderful. Mallorca is a popular spot for Germans so we definitely felt like we were in Munich at some points. Being two men at this resort was no problem but many of the guests stared during meal times and around the pool. If you can handle that then this is the place for you!

I really liked this hotel. This was the 2nd Iberostar I've ever stayed in, and it solidified my decision to never stay in another brand's all inclusive hotel. The staff was great. The food was good (especially the desserts). The rooftop infinity pool and the main pool were great. The jacuzzis were nice. The activities they had we're good. I loved that it was so close to the beach. It's in a great location overall. You aren't right in the heavy party area of Palma. So you can relax whenever, but you are close enough to it so that if you want to go get wild you can 😉.That said there are a few nitpicking things I should mention. I wish they had more activities. I loved the water aerobics and the nightly performers. They also had a mid day activity each day. I was just hoping for more. The rooms aren't the largest ever, but are sufficient. Like other hotels I've been at they combine 2 double beds to make a king/queen sized bed. The problem is the beds would easily slide apart of someone was lying in the middle. Other hotels put a connector on the mattresses to stop that from happening.Another thing to note is it's not technically all inclusive. There is a meal plan you can purchase, which I highly recommend. So you can eat all you can at breakfast, lunch, and dinner (all at scheduled times). You cannot however just walk into the dining hall and eat whenever you feel like. The bar is open almost all day; so you can always get a drink (virgin and alcoholic).Despite these few minor gripes I would still highly recommend this hotel, ESPECIALLY over others in the area.

I visited this hotel for 4 nights in July 2019 and it was great. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in front of the beautiful Palma Bay Beach. Just a 30 meter walk from the reception. Also the big swimming pool and the wellness were a great alternative for the beach. The staff is very friendly and the food (we booked ‘half board’) was amazing. Litteraly endless choices and everything was very fresh. Before booking the reviews of other guests showed that the ‘regular’ rooms were a bit small. Therefor I booked a Junior Suite on a preferred location on the top floor (€300 p/night) and that was a very good choice. Would not want to stay in a room half that size. Would definately revisit!

Didn't actually stay at this hotel but my friend had a hole in her trousers and although we stayed at the cristina across the street (that has no sewing kit), we went across to the Bahia ands asked if they had a sewing kit for us. Member of staff Nick was very kind and helpful and found a little sewing kit for us. Very friendly reception staff for sure!

My second year in a row here and cannot fault it one bit.Staff are lovely and friendly and work really hard at making your stay enjoyable.Hotel is always so lovely and clean .Always a great choice of food in the restaurant. Julia the housekeeper is simply amazing .Once again have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hopefully be back again next year x

The description of the hotel is fully consistent with what is posted on the hotel website. The Iberostar Hotels chain maintains a high standard of service. Great food, daily cleaning of the area and hotel rooms. Very helpful staff. There are no reproaches. Intended for adults only.

Un hotel increible, que decir de un 5* de iberostar en primera linea de playa..... Simplente espectacular, tanto la habitacion que en nuestro caso fue en una star prestige de la 6° planta con vistas al mar, como la comida, que estuvo increíble y super variada, algo a lo que yo doy mucho valor, y por ultimo y sin que sea menos importante el trato del personal, que hicieron nuestra estancia muchisimo más agradable. Por ponerle un pero, sería la animación y espectáculos nocturnos....algún día fue algo floja, pero sin duda repetiremos.

Nice hotel with Nice staff. The rooms all face the sea and all have balconies. The rooms are a bit small but you can go superior for more space. We tried breakfast and evening buffets and we where not disappointed.

Stayed here for my vacation and I loved everything. Well located in front of the beach, cool design like an real ocean, big swimming pools outside and on the top(the view is fantastic on top!). The restaurant is clean and has a variety of foods. All the staffs were so kind and provided the best customer service. highly recommended!

Nos ha encantado el trato que hemos tenido por parte de Rosa, los camareros, cocineros y todo el servicio en general...Judith, Magaly, Enol, Deysi...se me olvidan nombres pero todos encantadores...el hotel es precioso con la playa de Palma al lado, la comida buenísima y las instalaciones una pasada... lo recomendamos.

Un lugar renovado, moderno, ambiente fresco y acogedor. Piscina en la terraza superior del hotel con preciosas vistas al mar. El spa está bien, pequeño, pero cuando fuimos nosotros la mitad estaba parado o no funcionaba. El gimnasio es completo. Lo mejor las terrazas y el servicio. El trato del personal excelente.

Un hotel increíble, muy buen trato , unas estancias geniales y lo mejor de todo la playa a 20 pasos el agua estupenda y la zona genial .. El bar de la terraza es estupendo para pasar la tarde noche, las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero eso si está todo muy limpio.
