Can not rave enough about the staff at this location! Wonderful front desk and bar service. Anything you need just ask they will take care of you; food recommendations, staplers, drinks, salad, coffee. I have stayed here for years for business. The hotel has been improving since covid and now it feels like home. Thanks rm 1136

We stayed here as part of their stay and go plan (room the night before our flight and parking for a week). We loved the staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant closes 30 minutes earlier than posted but no big deal. One big down side and the reason that I cannot recommend the Hilton is if you use it for parking and rely on their shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Because they have guests AND people who use them for parking, there's a lot of guests fighting for the shuttle and Newark have no orderly way to sort the customers. The hotel also have 2 shuttles and would only send one every 20 minutes despite the drivers knowing that there were a lot of people waiting, a lot more than can fit on one shuttle. My wife and baby waited for 30 minutes for a shuttle because there were no room on the previous one. When that shuttle gets there we nearly missed it because people we rushing the shuttle and we had large luggage and a baby and cannot "fight" for a spot in 17 degree weather. There has to be some thinking or change to the shuttle service, why have two shuttles and radios if one driver sees his car is full and cannot radio back to get another shuttle there in less than 20 minutes to pick up tired customers. The place is literally 1 miles away from Newark.

The rooms are a bit dated and worn. I went to swim in the pool only to find it drained. There's also random deep thudding noises throughout the night from what I can only assume is a local factory. Other than that, it's a perfectly fine hotel; I'm just not sure why it costs over $200/night. The location was perfect for airport travel and the shuttle bus is amazing. The restaurant staff were extra accommodating too.

The people at the desk were amazing. The manager of the bar area was a creep. His poor staff. Needs to be able to talk to customers and not send the poor waiter over to deliver messages. We had white castle brought in. We are from New England and love the castle. It was late. We all ordered a round of drinks. Really made him mad.

Had a superb experience parking here! I was traveling to Florida for business from the Newark airport and needed parking for a week. First, the online reservation process was very easy and straight forward. Once I arrived to the hotel, the signs and directions to the parking were easy to follow. The shuttle to the airport was already waiting for the guests. The driver was helpful with the luggage and very courteous. The trip to the airport was about 10 minutes. Upon my return from my trip, the shuttle service was again on point. Last, the front desk was very professional and friendly when validating my parking ticket (and there were several people in line trying to get this done). Nonetheless, the staff remained calm and helped everyone efficiently. Thank you! Totally recommend!

Hotel is great, especially liked the hotel restaurant and bar because there is nothing near by, except other hotels, not even a convenience store. If you don't have your own vehicle or a rental, you must use Uber or Lyft to get anywhere. They do have 24/7 shuttles to/from the airport.

The bed was comfy. Close to EWR and free shuttle every 20-30 min. The facility is a bit old. Diamond Honors member gets $12 food and beverage credit per person up to $24. Okay to stay overnight.

Great covered garage to park at for my trips. Ladies at the front desk are so kind and courteous. The shuttle is very easy to access on your return back….and the drivers are great!

Clean, beautifully appointed, great food, excellent location. Definitely worth spending extra for security and cleanliness. Spacious room with great view of NYC behind the airport control tower.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant and bar which is always a welcoming sight when you're traveling, though I didn't have time to try either. Front desk was very nice and helpful, the ladies made sure I had everything ready for my stay. The shuttle service was consistent and reliable. I look forward to staying again in the future.

The customer service was pretty good! We got in very late (after 1AM) but were able to take the shuttle from the airport over for free. The rooms really need a remodel but the beds were clean and the room was quiet. We set the AC down to 70 degrees F but it wouldn’t budge past 75. We asked for a single king bed but we’re given a double room. Which worked out in a way because it was too hot and I had to move to sleep by myself. We got a great deal on the room though so I can’t really complain.

Boa instalagem...Otima recepção e atendimento na cafeteria por pedido sem bafê por causa do Covid...piscinaestava fechada. A unica coisa que nao gostei foi do colchão do Hotel...macio e provoca dor nas costas...Nao deu pra acordar renovada num colchão tao ruim.
