“Absolute hard earned five stars. Despite the discussions on the check-in on the room rate, the hotel offers everything a five-star hotel elsewhere in the world. Full room equipment including bathrobe and ironing board. Very clean. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Very good Chinese restaurant in the hotel. Good pool area. Although the staff often had trouble with English (which is normal in Guangzhou), we give the hotel five stars, because every employee tried everything to satisfy us. Thank you! “Good hotel at a very handy mid-town location. Very cheerful and helpful staff, and great food in the on-site restaurants. A short walk will take you to several shopping centres, and a park to the south. It is situated on a fairly quiet road, so getting transport in and out is easy. Nice views of the city night and day from the south-facing rooms as well. Buen hotel en una ubicación céntrica muy práctica.
