“This is not a four star hotel. The place is not in horrible shape but is very bland and boring. The shower head has buildup on it so it doesn’t spray evenly. The trash cans are for some reason designed so it is almost impossible to fit trash in them. The toilet lid hinges are rusty. There is no microwave in the room. There is no room service. We’re here during a blizzard and huge slabs of snow keep falling and hitting the ledge outside our window making a loud slamming noise (seems like a bad design). It’s really closer to a three star hotel. It’s not the worst, but definitely overpriced for what it is.”

“My husband and I stayed at this location in the beginning of December, as I had a business trip. The staff was above and beyond amazing...the hotel was constantly cleaning to ensure a beautiful atmosphere...the food was AMAZING...and our view was breathtaking. Needless to say, we wish that it was closer, as we would definitely return for an impromptu getaway.”
