“O serviço ao cliente prestado por todos excedeu em muito as minhas expectativas. Isso inclui recepção, cozinheiros, garçons, bartenders e serviço de limpeza.Quarto era limpo, muito confortável e arrumação fez um trabalho incrível quando eu solicitei. Minha única reclamação seria a área da banheira. Este Hilton tem o toalheiro na banheira e entre o rack a cortina de chuveiro faz com que pareça pequeno / claustrofóbico. Além disso, toda vez que eu tomava banho, a cortina falhava em seu propósito, eu sempre tinha água no chão.O café da manhã foi incrível! Amei o preparados com itens predefinidos e as seleções de estilo Buffett.Geral,Muito satisfeito que o dinheiro gasto valeu a pena. Estaremos hospedados neste parque de Clifton, em Nova York, todas as semanas de Ação de Graças, quando estiver visitando a família.”

“Durante una renovación de nuestra casa, mi madre y yo nos quedamos diez días. Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa. El personal era simplemente genial, las habitaciones y otras áreas estaban extremadamente limpias, y los muebles eran simplemente hermosos. Fue un placer quedarse. Mi anciana madre y yo teníamos habitaciones comunicadas, siendo la de mi madre una habitación accesible para discapacitados. Ambos estaban bellamente amueblados con 2 camas tamaño queen, un escritorio y un área de lectura. Mi baño era de gran tamaño y el baño para discapacitados era enorme para la accesibilidad en silla de ruedas y una ducha a ras de suelo. Hay un bar y un restaurante justo en el hotel. El bar tiene una hora feliz a las 4 pm. Puedes comer tanto en el bar como en el restaurante. La comida es muy buena y los camareros eran maravillosos. El hotel también ofrece un desayuno buffet que es fenomenal con un chef que prepara tortillas, tostadas francesas y gofres. ¡No podíamos pedir más de nuestro hogar temporal!”
