Quarto limpo, mas pequeno, como todos disseram. O cabo sai chuva leve lá fora. Sem café da manhã quente nos fins de semana. E a senhora da recepção deu o número do meu quarto. Graças a Deus foi para a família. Mas isso foi assustador

Room clean but small like everyone said. The cable goes out mild rain outside. No hot breakfast on weekends. And the front desk lady gave my room number out. Thank goodness it was to family. But that was scary

A equipe foi ótima e muito simpática. Mereciam 5 estrelas. Foi a sala que rolou pela revisão de volta para três. Era realmente pequeno. O banheiro quase parecia maior do que o quarto. Foi tão limpo quanto o esperado e a equipe de arrumação foi extremamente útil quando precisávamos de mais toalhas e limpeza menor durante a nossa estadia.

El personal fue excelente y muy amable. Se merecían 5 estrellas. Fue la habitación la que pasó de nuevo a tres. Era realmente pequeño. El baño casi parecía más grande que la habitación. Estaba tan limpio como se esperaba y el personal de limpieza fue extremadamente servicial cuando necesitábamos más toallas y una limpieza menor durante nuestra estadía.

Staff was great and very friendly. They deserved 5 stars. It was the room that rolled by review back to three. It was really small. The bathroom almost seemed bigger than the room. It was as clean as expected and the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful when we needed more towels and minor cleaning during our stay.

Todos foram muito acolhedores e amigáveis durante a minha estadia enquanto meu marido estava no Emory Hospital. Theresa, que preparou o café da manhã foi um raio de sol e muito trabalhadora. Everyone was very accommodating and amiable during my stay while my husband was at Emory Hospital. Theresa, who prepared the breakfast was a ray of sunshine and a very hard worker. The room was clean as expected. My only negative experiences were due to poor behaviour by guests late at night. Would stay again.

Este foi o único hotel de 5 em que tentamos conseguir um quarto depois que nosso vôo foi cancelado e que verificou seus computadores para ver se eles tinham um disponível. Obrigado pelo seu atendimento ao cliente e salas limpas. A equipe também é muito simpática e prestativa. Parece que esta é uma das últimas fortalezas que ainda acredita no atendimento ao cliente, algo de que Atlanta está em falta.

Fiquei neste hotel apenas para a noite com minha família. Não trouxemos bagagem conosco (felizmente), pois estávamos apenas dormindo por um punhado de horas e voltando à estrada. Acordei de manhã e havia um percevejo rastejando acima de nossos filhos na cabeceira da cama. Também encontramos 2 mortos quando começamos a procurar. Quando notificamos a recepção sobre isso, eles simplesmente responderam: "Ok, teremos alguém para verificar o quarto mais tarde." É realmente preocupante para mim que não recebemos desculpas, eles não estavam preocupados com o que pode ser realmente um problema. Tentei enviar um relatório de feedback diretamente com a Hilton, mas nunca funcionou.

Stayed in this hotel just for the night with my family. We brought no luggage in with us (thankfully) as we were just sleeping for a handful of hours and getting back on the road. Woke up in the morning and there was a bed bug crawling above our kids on the headboard. Also found 2 dead ones when we started looking. When we notified the front desk about it they simply responded "Okay we'll have someone check the room later." It's really concerning to me that we got no apology, they weren't concerned at all about what can be a really be issue.I tried to submit a feedback report with Hilton directly but it never worked.

This was the only hotel out of 5 that we tried to get a room in after our flight was canceled that actually checked their computers to see if they had one available. Thank you for your customer service and clean rooms. The staff is also really friendly and helpful. It seems this is one of the last strong holds that still believes in customer service, something Atlanta is in short supply of.

Quarto era pequeno e banheiro enfrenta cama que é estranho, mas o quarto era limpo e as camas eram bons. Ar condicionado na parede não está funcionando e velho sob a unidade de janela era pobre. A equipe noturna parecia confusa e demorou cerca de 8 minutos para fazer o check-in, mas foi educada. O café da manhã era café com suco e bagels, mas foi embalado antes das 9h. Se você apenas precisava de uma pausa na condução, isso é ótimo (se você tiver um quarto com uma unidade de ar melhor), mas eu não acho que uma estadia de mais de 1 noite seria o nem aqui.

O pessoal foi super legal! No entanto, os quartos eram QUENTES !!! Aparentemente, quando está frio lá fora, as unidades são desligadas. Você pode ligá-los, mas corta imediatamente.Eu e minha família estávamos suando e eu mal conseguia respirar porque me sentia sufocada. No entanto, o gerente foi bom o suficiente para nos deixar mudar nossos quartos no último andar, mas ainda estava quente. Eu poderia ter ido para um hotel diferente, mas teria sido muito incômodo e nós só queríamos aproveitar nosso fim de semana fora de casa e comemorar um aniversário.Na nossa última noite aqui meu namorado não conseguiu dormir porque ele estava com calor acabamos dormindo na ponta da cama perto da unidade e toda vez que desligava eu acordei para ligá-la novamente. Ele ficou tão irritado que me disse que não ficaríamos mais aqui.Não tenho certeza de como eles operam suas unidades de ar condicionado durante o verão, mas isso não estava bem.

Room was small and bathroom faces bed which is odd but room was clean and beds were nice. Air conditioning on wall not working at all and old under the window unit was poor. Night staff seemed confused and took about 8 minutes to check us in but was polite. Breakfast was juice coffee and bagels but was packed up before 9 am.If you just needed a break from driving this is great (if you got a room with a better air unit) but I wouldnt think a longer than 1 night stay would be the nor here.

The staff was super nice! However, the rooms were HOT!!! Apparently, when it’s cold outside the units shut off. You can turn them on but it cuts right off. Me and my family were sweating and I could barely breath because I felt suffocated. However, the manager was nice enough to let us switch our rooms top floor, but it was still hot. I could’ve went to a different hotel but it would’ve been too much hassle and we just wanted to enjoy our weekend away from home and celebrate a birthday. On our last night here my boyfriend couldn’t get any sleep because he was hot we ended up sleeping at the end of the bed closer to the unit and every time it shut off I woke up to turn it back on. He was so aggravated he told me we won’t be staying here anymore. I’m not sure how they operate their a/c units during the summer but this was not okay.

The Rooms are a little tight but they are Nice and clean. The bathrooms are spacious, Very clean and stocked. Shower pressure was wonderful. The Staff had good energy, They smiled and were very helpful. Breakfast was good and the worker kept the breakfast bar area clean. We had to wear gloves and mask while preparing our food and hand sanitizer was available.. The pool was clean and peaceful. I enjoyed my stay here
