Location is close to a few great restaurants and has a bar where you can enjoy your cocktails. Service was exemplary. Very accommodating and helpful with everything you have questions on. Rooms are roomy and up-to-date. Clean and nice 👌. Breakfast is $12 a person. Airport transfers are free. Cruise transfers are $15 a person and have to be booked online via wyndhamshuttle.com. The shuttle leaves every hour as well. Hope that helps with your stay!

While rooms were clean and comfortable it's a hard choice the very noisy ac to keep cool or the very loud road noise, or a combo of both... Either way unless you can sleep through anything it will be a very poor rest... Get what you pay for it's inexpensive for a reason. Having said that food in the evening at the bar was pretty good, watch for automatically getting double size drinks at 16 bucks a pop! Continental breakfast was very average but compensated for by a very helpful fellow taking care of his guests.

I only stayed one night because I missed my flight but the room was very nice. It was very clean as well as very affordable. My only issue is that I had no idea where the ice machine was, I could not find it on my floor. I liked that they had a free shuttle to and from the airport.

I like the customer service because they were nice and willing to make my family comfortable. My family member states that this is the first time that he can sleep in a hotel through the whole night and be able to rest. He and the children enjoyed the breakfast. The service was great and the rooms were very clean.Thank you so much for your extraordinary hospitality..

Overall, my experience is was good. PROS: - location (close to the beach and airport), -clean rooms, - staff are friendly and ready to assist -beds and pillows were comfortable CONS: - no direct access to parking deck's upper levels from the building after 9p. This leaves you taking the stairs to the 1st floor of garage that leads to an alley and then re-entering the garage. TOTALLY not safe given the homeless and drug/addiction issues this area faces. -parking garage is small and has limited spaces; don't come in after 12a looking for a park, your chances will be slim...if any -key card is easily demagnetized and will require a reset

Staff was very helpful and the facility is nice. The lobby has seating with power outlets, TVs, snacks for purchase. There is a small restaurant where you can buy food.Rooms were not cleaned a couple of days, and I had to call down to get supplies a couple of days. For a nice hotel, thefloors of common areas and hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Even a nice place won't look outstanding if it's not clean.

Great friendly and knowledgeable. We were given wonderful information about the area and places to visit like which restaurants and pubs to go to and areas we should avoid. I'm actually giving this hotel 4 and 1 half star because our room faced the main drive, and the traffic noise traveled through the A/C vent, which wasn't horrible but unexpected. This hotel served breakfast and had bar accommodations and was very well staffed. And coming from New England to Florida, nothing looks better than to wake up and looking at a beautiful palm tree from your bedroom window.

The room was immaculate. We appreciated the lack of carpet and the abundance of cleared, hard surfaces to set our belongings on. The clean, smooth floors meant there were no musty odors or stains. We also appreciated that the hotel used unscented laundry products for the bedding and towels. The bed was clean and comfortable. Marcello was friendly and helpful at the front desk. There was only one server in the small dining area; he was also friendly. The only down side was that it took over an hour to get a couple of burgers.

4 dias y 3 noches nunca hicieron servicio de habitaciones la ropa de cama siempre fue la misma y el deposito de seguridad nunca lo devolvieron osea sin ninguna notificación de porque no lo devolvieron un fracaso total la estadía en ese sitio .

Not great. Poor value. We reserved a King bed but got a Queen. One of our lamps was missing. The front desk staff seemed disinterested in general. The young lady on Saturday morning was on her phone more than off it. Would not recommend this stay. There are too many other options who I am sure are better value for your dollar.

Excelente hotel. Esta muy cerca del aeropuerto FLL lo cual es muy conveniente. El hotel es moderno y esta en muy buen estado. El único inconveniente que encontré es que el parqueo tiene un acceso complicado pues es de niveles y la única forma de subir y bajar es por el mismo sitio donde transitan los carros. En términos generales me volvería a hospedar ahí y lo recomiendo.

Encontramos que el aseo puede mejorar, deben enviar supervisores a las habitaciones para validar que todo esté bien antes de entregarlas a los huéspedes, el mobiliario de recepción esta algo manchado dando apariencia de suciedad y no invita a sentarse Tambien estabamos esperando un mejor espacio para desayunar y una mejor presentación de los alimentos. El personal de recepción fue bastante amable y nos colaboró rapidamente en los procesos de ingreso y salida.

My stay here was from 01/28-01/31/2021 and the mask requirement was as expected. When I had checked in, I wasn't aware that I need to let front desk know that I will need clean towels and wash cloths. I went my entire time without until I called the last day to inquire on when I was going to receive housekeeping services. Their dolly is difficult to push and navigate. Lastly, their parking garage doesn't make any sense. The first level has legit 6 spaces for handicap alone, then you have Veteran selective spaces, Wyndham rewards parking, Guest of the day parking, etc.. lol which basically eliminates ALL regular customer parking so you have to park on levels two and three which was poorly designed. Driving through the levels somewhat made me feel as if I were going to hit a car or the cement blocks. All in all, I won't be coming back to this location again.

I stayed over night on 1/16/21 to be close to the airport. I want to say that the staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms were very nice and clean. I want to also say THANK YOU to the staff as I called in a delivery order and before they let the driver come to my room the called my room to make sure I was expecting them. Being a single female this is such a great feeling to know that they took the time for my safety. I will be staying here again in the future. GREAT PLACE.

Hotel is pretty clean, stuff members lucking customer service skills. The lady that checked us in was polite but the rest of the stuff just horrible. We asked for our room to be refreshed and we got nothing.

Night travel nurse, that has a flipped schedule. Worked with sales rep to have reservations set up, and nothing was finalized. The hotel wouldn't let me check in early (because I sleep days), and it was the most expensive shower I took in my life. I did have to sleep in the parking garage on property. I will not be back.

I would love to give this hotel 0 stars. I just checked in and my room had minimal towels and NO TOILET PAPER !! Not even tissue in the Kleenex holder to use! In addition to that, the front desk staff is requesting that I go to the front desk to retrieve these items. That would be fine if I wasn’t already undressed and sitting on the toilet because I need to PEE! If the hotel can not have adequate staff on duty, then maybe you shouldn’t be open. I hope to never have to return here again.

An excellent hotel.The rooms are spotless, the WiFi is strong, a smart tv with Netflix, and free parking.The hotel is billed as an airport hotel but it is only 2 miles or so from Las Olas blvd. The AC is a bit loud for my taste but you cannot beat the price and the free parking.

Hotel com boa infraestrutura, quartos amplos, limpos, 2 camas de casal, frigobar, ferro de passar com mesa, WC com banheira. Colchões e travesseiros confortáveis. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Atendimento razoável. Café da manhã fraco para o preço cobrado. Estacionamento gratuito e coberto. Me hospedei em um apartamento do segundo andar no fundo e a janela era bloqueada com uma parede do lado de fora que ficava a um metro de distância. Esses deveriam ter valores de tarifa diferenciada com um menor custo.

Hotel confortável, camas e travesseiros deliciosos. Banheiro com banheira. Água amarelada, mas creio que dá região. Na primeira vez que tivemos lá, começo da viagem, fomos bem atendidos. A atendente do bar foi excelente. O café tem boas opções: pães, ovo mexido ( gosto forte de óleo oi algo assim), bacon, suco, leite, cereais,manteiga, pasta de amendoim, frutas da região, chá e café. Tem piscina gostosa com toalhas disponíveis no local. Não usei, mas vi que possuem translado para o aeroporto. Da segunda vez que tivemos, no final da viagem, já fomos atendidos sem qualquer afeto, algo bem objetivo. Inclusive deixamos cair um brinquedo no chão da garagem que não foi devolvido, pedidos auxílio para verificar nas câmeras o que tinha acontecido e nada foi feito, hotel não quis ajudar, mal quis ouvir. Viajamos com duas crianças de 5 anos. Nesta segunda vez, fomos comer no bar e o atendente estava com muita má vontade, trouxe um suco para as crianças que tinha mais gelo do que suco e nem trouxe um copo a mais para dividirmos. Sai de lá triste em saber que um hotel tão bom pode descuidar de detalhes que façam a experiência que tinha sido ótima ser ruim.

Amei o hotel,limpo organizado e sempre com una agua geladinha nos esperando na recepcão para aliviar o calor da rua. So não dou 5 estrelas pelo café da manhã que apesar de ótimo é sempre o mesmo cardapio e como fiquei 6 dias, me enjoou um pouco.

I loved the hotel. Was very clean and in very modern style. My room was missing shampoo and conditioner. I don't know if it was missed by housekeeping or the hotel doesn't provide them.I never questioned it. I had my own shampoo with me which I ended up using. Breakfast was great: fresh , hot and delicious. The breakfast attendant was very helpful. When I asked if she could brew fresh coffee because there was none left, she made new coffee with no complain or comment even though breakfast time was over. So, I do recommend this place I would stay there again.
