Excellent one night stay, our international flight arrived on a Sunday night at 910pm. The hotel shuttle arrived around 10pm and had us in the hotel in 10 minutes. The restaurant closes at 11pm but the bar is open 24 hours. Had a quick bite to eat and a few drinks, had a great nights sleep and took the 1030am shuttle back to GRU the next morning. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Do not hesitate to stay in this hotel, you will be happy you did, the perfect airport hotel.

Great place for spotting (taking photos of airplanes) The hotel has a R$65 fee to stay on the rooftop (open from 10am up until 7pm) and, in this 65, lunch is also included. The food is really good, and, if you’re going on a early trip in Guarulhos Airport, it’s a great place to sleep in. The breakfast is from 5am to 10am.

Such a pretty hotel, the food offered was awesome and very tasty. The people who work here are very polite, friendly and understanding, especially Luanh, who talked to me and my family in spanish since we don't know portuguese. Overall, I've had a great time in this hotel!

This hotel was really pretty, hygienic and has a wonderful warmth. Its employees are very friendly and polite!! Especially Luanh! The room was cozy and comfortable and the food was beyond perfect. Missed a connection flight due to health issues and Im glad I picked this hotel, the building is pretty modern, clean and well located. The room was very nice and comfy. The service was excellent everytime I interacted with someone from staff. The airport transfer was also very good in a fancy mini van.

Nice, clean, modern hotel about 15 minutes taxi from GRU airport. Comfortable beds, good showers, helpful staff. Restaurant does an OK buffet for R$45 per person. Really good value for the room and the food.

Quarto novo e super confortável. Instalações modernas, o hall e o salão onde servem as refeições são lindíssimos! Café da manhã excepcional. O transfer para o aeroporto é a cereja do bolo.

Muito bom para uma estadia curta. O café da manhã começa bem cedo para você não perder o vôo. O bar funciona 24 horas e temkas opções de bebidas, lanches e refeições. Tem translado do hotel para o aeroporto xom horários e lugares bem limitados. Agende seu transporte no check in.

Exelente hotel a solo 2 kms del aeropuerto. Tiene un muy buen precio y las instalaciones estan muy buenas. Tiene retorno gratuito al aeropuerto lo recomendaría.

... Es un Hotel de prevalente rotatividad inusual desde que normalmente puede servir para aguardar vuelo en conexiones impropias. Su personal es muy silente, más allá de lo mínimo imprescindible, estando en una zona de concentración de todo un ramillete de Hoteles de otras Cadenas hasta internacionales. Cada Hotel, como el "HAMPTON, by Hilton", cuenta con servicio de recogida gratuita de pasajeros y devolución desde el Hotel al Aeropuerto. No deja de ser interesante los servicios de comida, del que puedo dar fe de que cené en la víspera un Smorgasbord nórdico tipo europeo de auto servicio libre que por 45 Rs. resultó magnífico.

If you have a long layover, I would recommend this hotel. You can always ask for a early check in (half the price) but you would have a breakfast included. Breakfast buffets are my favorite. I stayed in two different nights and the menu was the same. I rate it 4 because the only thing missing is a swimming pool. You will also have a free airport shuttle leaving every hour. (back and forth)

This hotel was fantastic! Very close to Sao Paulo airport. Very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If you're an aviation geek like me, you will love the outdoor benches where you can watch planes taking off overhead. The only issue we had was that there are no shops or convenience stores within walking distance.

Excellent overall. I arrived at the airport and quickly entered the free shuttle bus to the hotel. I am just in Sao Paulo for a few days and this was an easy way to stay near the airport and be able to work. The breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit and the typical Brazilian staples. Fast WIFI, very clean rooms, and all the precautions taken for COVID-19. I will definitely stay here again!

El hotel está muy bien para esperar un vuelo temprano, posee servicio de transporte al aeropuerto y cena buffet. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la atención del personal cordial y eficiente. El precio es algo alto para lo que se ofrece pero es el caso en todos los hoteles cercanos a aeropuertos.
