“Great hotel and regarding to its price is the most cheap 5 star hotel that I have visited. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was very helpful ! Especially the people in reception were great , smiling and very helpful. However the cleaning staff needs to learn a bit better English , as many times (and every day) they invaded in our room and although we tried to explain that we would leave the room a specific time they were asking us all the time to clean it , actually one day they even didn't clean it. Another day , although they had cleaned it , there was toilet paper inside the toilet. The position isn't the best if your plans are to visit the center of the City. However is something you can't change and you know before you visit it. So it's ok . It was great holidays in a great city . Although I mentioned the above details , I would visit the hotel again as it's a budget 5 stars hotelwith friendly people Ótimo hotel e em relação ao seu preço é o hotel 5 estrelas mais barato que já visitei. O café da manhã foi incrível. A equipe foi muito útil! Especialmente as pessoas na recepção foram ótimas, sorridentes e muito prestativas. No entanto, o pessoal da limpeza precisa aprender um pouco melhor o inglês, pois muitas vezes (e todos os dias) eles invadiram nosso quarto e, embora tentássemos explicar que sairíamos do quarto em um horário específico, eles estavam nos pedindo o tempo todo para limpá-lo , na verdade um dia eles nem limparam. Outro dia, embora tivessem limpado, havia papel higiênico dentro do banheiro. A posição não é das melhores se os seus planos são visitar o centro da cidade. No entanto, é algo que você não pode mudar e sabe antes de visitá-lo. Então está tudo bem. Foram ótimas férias em uma grande cidade. Embora eu tenha mencionado os detalhes acima, eu visitaria o hotel novamente, pois é um hotel econômico de 5 estrelas com pessoas amigáveis”

“Breakfast is out of this world. Breads and pastry galore. Omelet station, eggs served in a variety of ways. Sausages and all neat products are halal. No fear of eating forbidden food. Freshly squeezed juices and turkish coffee. Talk about the teas so good. Unfortunately I could not partake in a lot of the dishes because my mouth was a mess from work being done to it”
