“El personal y el hotel de W hicieron de la primera experiencia de mi esposa y yo en Roma una de nuestras mejores vacaciones. Ilaria y Filipo en el mostrador de conserjería se aseguraron de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos para museos, excursiones y reservas en restaurantes. Emanuel's y el personal del bar siempre fueron muy acogedores (¡incluso a las 4 am en Nochevieja!) Y sirvieron deliciosos cócteles y excelentes bocadillos. Gianluca en la puerta principal nos enseñó algunos datos divertidos sobre Roma y nos dio algo para recordar nuestro viaje.
