Foi uma estadia agradável. O hotel é acessível às linhas vermelha e verde do metrô. Poucos supermercados nas proximidades e alguns restaurantes e lanchonetes ao lado de al rigga. Só tive um pequeno problema ao obter o quarto. Gostaria de cumprimentar a senhora que me atendeu no check-in, Sra. Alla (espero que tenha acertado o nome) .. e só gostaria de dizer que durante a noite, liguei para a recepção para pedir mais água engarrafada, para minha surpresa, ele me disse que haverá um custo extra. Então eu disse a ele, não precisa .. mas na manhã seguinte, eu liguei novamente porque eu realmente preciso de uma água engarrafada, e eles me mandaram uma água sem dizer que tem um custo extra .. só quero esclarecer essa confusão. Mas, no geral, eu gostei da minha estadia e com certeza ficarei aqui novamente.

Verdadeiramente um dos piores hotéis em que minha família e eu ficamos. Nós estivemos aqui de 12/11/2020 a 12/12/2020. Nosso andar era um andar para não fumantes, mas havia pelo menos 3 quartos para fumantes com as portas ABERTAS. Isso fez os quartos cheirar a fumaça que nos fez tossir a noite toda. Quando reclamamos disso, eles se desculparam e não fizeram praticamente nada. Além disso, as camas cheiravam a suor e tornavam extremamente desconfortável dormir. Acabamos afogando a cama em perfume para tirar o cheiro, que ainda não funcionou. O café da manhã era medíocre que era esperado da qualidade de tudo o mais. Durante o check-out, o concierge nos pediu para classificar a estadia no hotel em 10, ao que respondemos 4. Ele se recusou a registrar nossa classificação e insistiu que demos uma classificação de 9 ou superior. Optamos por não classificar o hotel e apenas sair. Eu realmente não recomendo ficar aqui. Você deve realmente procurar outro lugar ou pagar um dinheiro extra para conseguir um hotel melhor.

It was a nice stay. Hotel is accesible to both red and green line of metro. Few supermarket nearby, and some restaurants and eateries along side of al rigga. Just had a slight issue when getting the room. I would like to give compliment to the lady who assisted me on check in, Ms Alla ( hope i got her name right ).. and just like to mention that during the night, i called the reception to ask for additional bottled water, to my surprise, he told me that there will be an extra charge. So i told him, no need.. but the following morning, i called in again as i really need a bottled water, and they just sent me a water without mentioning that it has an extra charge.. just want to clear that confusions. But all in all, i enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again.

Truly one of the worst hotels my family and I stayed at. We stayed here from 11/12/2020 to 12/12/2020. Our floor was a non smoking floor yet there were at least 3 rooms smoking with their doors OPEN. This made the rooms smell like smoke which had us coughing all night. When we complained about this, they apologized and did practically nothing. Additionally the beds smelled like sweat and made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. We ended up drowning the bed in perfume to get rid of the smell, which still didn’t work. The breakfast was mediocre which was expected from the quality of everything else. While checking out, the concierge asked us to rate the hotel stay out of 10 to which we replied 4. He refused to record our rating and insisted we gave a rating of 9 and above. We chose to not rate the hotel and just leave. I really do not recommend staying here. You should really just looks elsewhere or pay the extra money to get a better hotel.

The hotel is okay. Room size on the small size but room was clean. At check out the lady at reception told me it's self-care. Meaning they bring me trolleys and that's it ! LOL At the end the security guard helped me, but I would have never expected to even hear what she said that I cant get help for my luggages. That didn't go well for me. So thank you for the security guard who was very kind and helpful.

Center of Deira and well maintained. Closed to 24 hours shops for some cheap souvenir shopping. Breakfast is ok...overall recommended

Hotel relativamente pequeno para os demais detsa rede, proximo à estacao de metro aí rigga, em frente à uma grande e até certo ponto movimentada loja de coisas baratas.

It's a Hilton. What's not to love about it? Amazing service and staff that make you feel so good. Sadly didn't get a chance to checkout the pool and the gym.
