First of all come to find out if you are a AAA member your rates are less expensive than if you are a Bonvoy member. Bathroom wall had a hole about 4 feet in it. Pillow are so soft it's like sleeping on a cotton ball if you ask they will give you a pillow you can actually get some sleep with. No juice for breakfast they said the juice machine is out of order. I had a cut on my finger front desk has no band aids or first aid kits imagine if an employee cut their finger. They had one person taking care of the breakfast area so they were running out of everything. Every one of these properties is different but for the money this is not where you want to be. You get better service staying in a tent.

Fiquei aqui ontem à noite. Fiquei chocado que Marriott apelidado isso de Fairfield Inn. I se hospedaram em muitos realmente nice Fairfield Inns e nunca pagou US$ 250 por noite. Neste hotel, pagamos quase $300 e me sinto roubado. O "lobby" é minúsculo - parece um lobby de motel. Há um elevador minúsculo para todo o edifício. Havia formigas por toda a nossa pia em nosso primeiro quarto, então trocamos de quarto. O segundo quarto estava livre de formigas, mas ainda faltava um quarto de US$ 250 por noite. Não era muito limpo, não havia termostato, então estávamos tão frios, as camas eram minúsculas, não havia livro de café, a geladeira cheirava horrível. Eu estava tão desconfortável lá que mal dormi e saí de lá o mais rápido que pude. Eu não vou ficar lá nunca mais. Como um membro leal do Marriott de 12 anos, estou super decepcionado!

Let's be honest, the Fairfield isn't the Ritz but it can be a very enjoyable stay with the right management and staff. Well, that is the case here in Savannah at the Fairfield Inn in Savannah, GA. We were driving from Cape May, NJ this past Saturday. We had been driving all day and the last 100 miles were particularly tough. We had made the reservation about 3 hours before with my points. We walked into the hotel and were greeted immediately by Wanda at the front desk. She was very pleasant and helpful. I showed her my ID and to my surprise, she had our room key ready and waiting. Upgraded no less! Pointed out a few perks of the hotel. She could see we were tired and didn't want to hold us up. Told us to call down if we needed anything. Hello other hotel staff, 5-star hotel or not. Friendly and helpful and you get these types of reviews all day long. Well done Wanda, and thank you for your great service.

I stayed here last night. I was shocked that Marriott dubbed this a Fairfield Inn. I have stayed in many really nice Fairfield Inns and never paid $250 for a night. At this hotel, we paid almost $300 and I feel robbed. The "lobby" is tiny-seems like a motel lobby. There is one TINY elevator for the whole building. There were ants all over our sink in our first room so we switched rooms. The second room was ant free, but still lacking in a $250 per night room. It was not very clean, there was no thermostat so we were so cold, the beds were tiny, there was no coffee book, the fridge smelled awful. I was so uncomfortable in there I hardly slept and got out of there as soon as I could. I will not be staying there ever again. As a loyal Marriott member of 12 years, I am super disappointed!

Eu estava tendo problemas com um hotel diferente e Wanda foi uma lufada de ar fresco muito necessária. Ela me ajudou e minha esposa a conseguir um quarto no Fairfield Inn e nos fez sentir bem-vindos e em casa. O quarto era bom, o café da manhã era bom. No geral, uma experiência fantástica, especialmente por causa de Wanda.

I was having issues with a different hotel and Wanda was a much needed breath of fresh air. She helped me and my wife get a room at the Fairfield Inn and made us feel welcomed and at home. The room was nice, breakfast was good. Overall a terrific experience, especially because of Wanda.

Sou um associado Vitalício Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy. Eu fico em muitas propriedades do Marriott e normalmente não fico no Fairfield Inns. No entanto, devido à disponibilidade na área, tive que ficar neste. Foi muito bom. Muito limpo e brilhante, excelente equipe, excelente café da manhã. Eu fiquei muito impressionado. Ainda é um Fairfield Inn, então você tem que definir expectativas, mas para sua categoria de hotel, é um dos melhores. Eu absolutamente ficaria aqui no futuro.

Este foi um ótimo hotel, mas foi 10 km do centro .... não é um grande negócio, mas teria reservado em algum lugar mais perto. A equipe foi bom, mas os quartos eram pequenos, com apenas camas de casal e sem roll aways. Além disso, várias vezes tivemos pessoas tentando abrir nossa porta no meio da noite. Não tenho certeza se eu realmente ficaria aqui novamente em férias em família, talvez se fosse apenas eu.

This was a nice hotel, but was 10 miles from downtown....not a big deal, but would have booked somewhere closer. The staff was nice, but the rooms were small with only double beds and no roll aways. Also, several times we had people trying to open our door in middle of night.Not sure I would really stay here again on a family vacation, maybe if it was just me.

I'm a Lifetime Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member. I stay at a lot of Marriott properties and typically do not stay at Fairfield Inns. However, due to availability in the area, I had to stay at this one. It was REALLY good. Very clean and bright, excellent staff, excellent breakfast. I was very impressed. It's still a Fairfield Inn, so you have to set expectations, but for it's hotel category, it's one of the best. I would absolutely stay here in the future.

Tudo bem, eu sei que todo mundo pode pensar, mas este é um hotel 5 estrelas para os viajantes. Ele é limpo e fresco, tem inúmeras comodidades, pequeno-almoço completo e um serviço de transporte com Park and Fly. Se você não usou isso, você deve. Tudo isso acrescenta-se a 4 estrelas e Sarah. Bem, ela é a 5ª Star. Toda a equipe é super simpática e prestativa, mas Sarah está acima e além. Minha esposa e eu tivemos um par de dias difíceis de viajar com todas as questões meteorológicas, mas Sarah faz você se sentir como você tem sorte de ter encontrado este hotel no Savannah. Ela sabia de lugares para ir, onde comer, ela é enérgica e sempre sorrindo. Você ouve falar de todas as pessoas que estão queimando fora no trabalho .... por isso é refrescante para atender a uma equipe como esta. Outro excelente exemplo de que as pessoas podem fazer para tornar suas viagens melhor 👏. Tiremos o chapéu para Sarah, você merece ser reconhecido 👏. Obrigada.

Alright, I know what everyone might think, but this is a 5 star hotel for travelers.It is clean and fresh, has lots of amenities, full breakfast, and a shuttle service with Park and Fly.If you haven't used that,you should. All of that adds up to 4 stars and Sarah. Well, she is the 5th Star.All of the staff is super friendly and helpful, but Sarah is above and beyond.My wife and I have had a couple of rough days of traveling with all of the weather issues, but Sarah makes you feel like you are lucky to have found this hotel on Savannah.She knew of places to go, where to eat, she is energetic and always smiling.You hear about all the people who are burning out at work.... so it is refreshing to meet a staff like this one.Another excellent example of what people can do to make your travels better 👏. Hats off to Sarah, you deserve to be recognized 👏. Thank you.
