“I never write reviews so when I say DO NOT stay here, please don’t. Upon check in, they didn’t even notify us that the rooms in the building where guests are staying had no AC. When I tell you that my friends and I could not sleep because we were sweating to then go downstairs to complain because our phones did NOT work & that’s not even half of it. We had to switch rooms twice with NO help from the staff & the pull out couch had NO clean sheets when they said it would be ready by the time we arrived to the new room. The phone lines were not working, lights were flickering, and the new room smelled like smoke. It was a HORRIBLE experience. To top it all off, I was charged all kinds of fees that are supposedly for valet parking but could not even give me a direct answer as to why I was being charged that amount. Valet parking is horrendous & it takes forever just to get your car. I am literally waiting for my car as we speak & it’s been more than 30 minutes. DO NOT STAY HERE. We literally checked out not even 24 hours of staying here.”

“I checked in after reserving a regular double queen room. The woman at the desk was very nonchalant. Customer service skills were poor. She greeted me as if she didn't want to be there. No energy or personality at all. She wasn't the typical greeting person. In customer service I'm use to staff greeting with a smile or at least engaging in customers. This woman wasn't a good choice for the face of this property. I have stayed here several times and never had an experience with the front desk like this. She didn't inform me the room I chose wasn't available prior to megoing up. I went to my room and it was a handicapped accessible room which I definitely didn't want. I went to change it and the woman said it was probably assigned prior to her. She wasn't eager at all to correct it. I asked for a king at that time because it was going to be king or that handicapped room only if it were up to this staff member. She didn't say well I apologize for the inconveniences but this is all we have not gave me the option to switch the next night.....Nothing. I have to be desperate the next time I need a room to stay here as long as she's overnight staff”
