The worst massage in my life.
There are many nearby spas they are much cheaper and deliver super services. As a first impression, I thought it will be the best, but don't be deceived buy the fancy decoration of the place.

The hotel is great, and the spa used to be the best in KL. I have been a guest in this hotel since more than 15 years. To my big surprise, the massage quality has done down the drain. You are left with wonderful spa decoration. The nice spa layout does not match the low quality of massage. I spent more than RM400 in this place, and feels like I lost my money for nothing. Never again.
