Um hotel maravilhoso, mas infelizmente Ekaterina Kochurova estragou toda a impressão, ela trabalha em um SPA !! Ela não deixou a criança entrar (nós temos 96 cm), eles não deixam ela entrar a menos de um metro. Mulher chata!! O último turno nos deixou entrar, quando Kochurova ouviu isso, ela correu para relatar a seus superiores o mais rápido possível. Minha filha mais velha já estava chorando que a mais nova não era permitida! Não voltaremos aqui enquanto essa mulher estiver trabalhando lá!

Un hotel maravilloso, pero desafortunadamente Ekaterina Kochurova arruinó toda la impresión, ¡ella trabaja en un SPA! No dejó entrar al niño (somos 96 cm), no la dejan entrar a menos de un metro. Mujer desagradable!! El último turno nos dejó entrar, cuando Kochurova escuchó esto, corrió a informar a sus superiores lo antes posible. ¡Mi hija mayor ya estaba llorando que la menor no estaba permitida! ¡No volveremos aquí mientras esta mujer esté trabajando allí!

Quarto era bom, tudo o resto nem tanto. O hotel cobra pelo uso da piscina (!). Funcionários preguiçosos e pouco profissionais. O ônibus de traslado tem as cadeiras mais desconfortáveis que já conheci. Não recomendo este hotel.

O hotel está localizado perto do aeroporto, a apenas 30 minutos de táxi do centro da cidade, design moderno, trabalho competente da equipe, uma maravilhosa área de spa e cafés da manhã incríveis o tornam especialmente atraente para quem chega, tanto a negócios quanto a lazer! !! Com certeza voltarei!!

La habitación estaba bien, todo lo demás no tanto. Cargos de hotel por el uso de la piscina (!). Personal perezoso y poco profesional. El autobús de enlace tiene las sillas más incómodas que he conocido. No recomiendo este hotel.

El hotel está ubicado cerca del aeropuerto, a solo 30 minutos en taxi del centro de la ciudad, el diseño moderno, el trabajo competente del personal, una maravillosa área de spa y desayunos increíbles lo hacen especialmente atractivo para quienes llegan, ¡tanto por negocios como por placer! !! ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

Room was good, everything else not so. Hotel charges for swimming pool usage (!). Staff lazy and unprofessional. Shuttle bus has most uncomfortable chairs I ever met. Do not recommend this hotel.

Quarto espaçoso, linda banheira e chuveiro. Restaurante foi excelente. O café da manhã tem toneladas de opções e estação de ovos. O centro executivo tem seções privadas para trabalhar. Eles têm muitas opções de bebidas e lanches no centro executivo e os horários são estendidos. O hotel fica a cerca de 40 minutos do centro da cidade e a 10 minutos do aeroporto. Eles fornecem transporte para buscá-lo ou deixá-lo no aeroporto. A viagem de ida e volta ao centro da cidade com a Business Class Yandex foi de 2250 rublos.

Amplia habitación, hermosa bañera y ducha. El restaurante fue excelente. El desayuno tiene toneladas de opciones y estación de huevos. El centro ejecutivo tiene secciones privadas para trabajar. Tienen muchas opciones de bebidas y bocadillos en el centro ejecutivo y el horario se extiende. El hotel está a unos 40 minutos del centro de la ciudad ya 10 minutos del aeropuerto. Proporcionan transporte para que lo recoja o lo deje en el aeropuerto. El viaje de ida y vuelta al centro de la ciudad con Yandex Business Class costaba 2250 rublos.

Spacious room, beautiful bathtub and shower. Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast has tons of choices and egg station. Executive center has private sections to do work. They have plenty of drink and snack choices at the executive center and hours are extended. The hotel is about 40 minutes from city center and 10 minutes from the airport. They provide shuttle to pick you up or to drop off at the airport. Round trip to city center with Business Class Yandex was 2250 Ruble.

Friendly staff. Clean, good food. Outstanding facility nice quality. It is 10 minutes from the airport. However it is 25 to 35 minutes ride from the center of downtown for all the traction. It about $5 to $10 ride by uber/taxi depend on time and traffics. I staied 6 days and 5 nights in September. I am definitely will rebook on my next trip in June.

Outstanding. Nice hotel, clean, staff friendly. Kitchen good, breakfast fantastic. If you Hilton Honor Elie they will upgrade your room if available. I was histent to book in this hotel, but I am glad I did.

The hotel is very luxurious with big rooms and all other amenities. It's quite far from the city so a lot of time was spent in commuting from one place to another. Breakfast buffet has good variety for vegetarians too.

Took my wife here for our anniversary and really enjoyed this lovely new hotel. Service was quite good, but the facilities were amazing. The single king room was large spacious and included a bay window which was great for reading. The room came with complimentary water, cookies and some trees and coffee. The bathroom was huge and had both a bath tub and a walking in shower. The spa center seemed exceptional, though we only swam in the pool and sat in the hot tub. The breakfast was fantastic and there was even a chef to prepare omlets. I would recommend this hotel whole heartedly

I recently stayed here for a work conference. The Hilton offers a free shuttle to/from the airport, but the taxi ride was super cheap (< $10 USD). The hotel lobby was vast, clean, and luxurious looking. I loved the elevator sensor (door opens as you approach). The front desk staff were extremely professional and helpful. My room (512) was right by the elevator (which I like) and totally quiet. The room was fantastic - great huge windows (No, they don't open), awesome huge tub and shower, and very clean. It had a hot water heater, coffee, tea, had a quiet A/C and was definitely 5 star. This Hilton was WAY better than an standard Hilton I've stayed at in the USA.The SPA. DUDE, you must visit the spa. It was incredible, and very inexpensive compared to US prices. I had Alexander for a massage, a facial, a traditional Russian sauna/body treatment (over several days), and it was incredible. There's free pool access and a steam room, which makes it 5+ star for me.While VERY far from downtown St. P, it was only a $20 USD taxi ride in bad morning traffic (45 minutes), and a $10 USD taxi ride back. Free wifi. I had breakfast included in my stay and it was AMAZING. I probably gained 2 kgs there.Loved this place. Far but worth it.

Simply one of the best Hilton's i have been to. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the Suite we stayed at was beyond wonderful with a 2 beautiful large TV's and the TV in the living room had a Bose audio system and a very comfortable couch. Large bathroom with a beautiful bathtub...and my favourite a small mattress on the living room balcony to enjoy the view from the room while reading a book..etc A special mention here to Leyla from the reception as she was wonderful and extremely friendly and super organized and gave us all the info we needed with a wonderful smile. And also i want to mention Jamal in the executive lounge for his hard work and helpfulness and also my wife lost her bracelet there and they returned it without us even noticing we lost it. It is a beautiful hotel that is a must check because of everything they offer and there amazing staff. Thanks and we will come again.
