“It was just OK. We had a smaller room next to the elevator, but thankfully it was quiet. Main issues were the bed, which had a very soft (and I assume old) mattress, and a thermostat which didn’t allow us to run the fan constantly or adjust the temperature to our preference. Breakfast was typical Hampton, but only light roast coffee available - yikes! Front desk folks were very nice, and we appreciated the ability to check in and out using the Hilton app.”

“Nós ficamos aqui várias vezes. A localização é ótima e aceita cães, o que é importante para nós, no entanto, desde a nossa primeira estadia há cerca de 4 anos, os quartos parecem ter se deteriorado. Não sei se era apenas o quarto em que estávamos neste momento, mas o tapete estava imundo e o piso do banheiro pegajoso. Na verdade, fez meus pés pretos! Eca!!! Eu sei que tem sido difícil durante os anos de "pandemia", mas com uma média de US$ 200,00 por noite, espero mais de um hotel da rede Hilton. Hotel precisa de uma grande atualização. A equipe é sempre ótima, mas acho que vamos procurar outras opções na próxima vez que estivermos no "burgh".”
