The room was so big and clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well. The breakfast that we had was so delicious. The coffees were so delicious as well. We will surely visit this hotel again.”

Simplesmente O MELHOR HOTEL da Costa Oeste e possivelmente dos EUA !!!!! Este hotel é uma jóia escondida. Da piscina da cobertura ao serviço insano para a equipe, tudo é perfeito. Os quartos são lindos e espaçosos, as camas são o paraíso, eles colocam nossas iniciais em nossas fronhas !! Temos certas restrições dietéticas e, antes de nossa chegada, a equipe do hotel providenciou para que nosso quarto fosse abastecido com tudo o que você possa imaginar para atender às nossas necessidades. Eu poderia continuar, mas foi simplesmente alucinante. Eu não ficaria em nenhum outro lugar depois disso e fiquei no Peninsula, Four Seasons etc. Isso os deixa boquiabertos.-David B. Desde la piscina de la azotea hasta el increíble servicio y el personal, todo es perfecto. Las habitaciones son preciosas y espaciosas, las camas son el paraíso, ¡ponen nuestras iniciales en nuestras fundas de almohada! Tenemos ciertas restricciones dietéticas y, antes de nuestra llegada, el personal del hotel organizó que nuestra habitación estuviera equipada con todo lo que pueda imaginar para satisfacer nuestras necesidades. Simply THE BEST HOTEL on the West Coast and possibly in the USA!!!!! This hotel is a hidden gem. From the rooftop pool to the insane service to the staff everything is perfection. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious, the beds are heaven, they put our initials on our pillowcases!! We have certain dietary restrictions and prior to our arrival the hotel staff arranged for our room to be stocked with everything you can imagine to meet our needs. I could go on but it was simply mind blowing. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else after this and I’ve stayed at the Peninsula, Four Seasons etc. This blows them all away.

Passei quatro noites lá durante uma conferência em LA.Fiquei realmente impressionado com este lugar que fiquei em alguns hotéis agradáveis em minha vida, felizmente. Este lugar é muito bem administrado. Pessoal muito amigável, o quarto era incrível, e a localização era boa para caminhar.Jantei lá na primeira noite como parte da minha reserva no American Express. O serviço foi muito bom, garçom amável mas a comida era apenas média. Eu comi bife com batatas fritas.Eu tomei café da manhã lá todas as manhãs como parte do pacote AMEX e gostei. Eles poderiam usar um pouco mais de variedade. Vou escrever um comentário separado para o restaurante, mas o hotel é definitivamente um deve ficar se você estiver nessa parte do bosque e quiser um hotel realmente bom.

I spent four nights there while at a conference in LA.
I was really impressed with this place I have stayed at some nice hotels in my lifetime, fortunately. This place is very well run. Staff very friendly, room was awesome, and location was good for walking.
I had dinner there the first night as part of my American Express reservation. The service was really good, kind waiter but the food was just average. I had steak Frites.
I had breakfast there every morning as part of AMEX package and enjoyed it. They could use a little more variety. I will write a separate review for the restaurant but the hotel is definitely a must stay if you are in that part of the woods and want a really good hotel.

Nós comemos no restaurante buffet e foi agradável e acolhedor. Estava um pouco frio, mas estava bom depois de tomar café quente. Eu também adorava um ambiente frio, por isso não importa. Vimos muitas opções para comer, mas o mais provável é comer comida italiana. O que eu mais gostei no local foi o local de encontro do Instagram. Vimos sua piscina também foi muito bom e perfeito para aqueles que celebram suas ocasiões / datas em família. Foi um excelente lugar!

Ficamos muito felizes com a nossa estadia durante a noite no último fim de semana. Meu marido e eu tivemos um bom fim de semana neste hotel. A equipe que falamos foi tão educada e profissional. O quarto era tão grande e limpo. O banheiro era espaçoso e limpo também. O café da manhã que tivemos foi tão delicioso. Os cafés eram tão deliciosos também. Certamente iremos visitar este hotel novamente.

We've eaten at their restaurant-buffet and it was nice and cozy. It was a little bit cold but it was fine after drinking hot coffee. I also loved a cold environment, so it won't matter. We saw there a lot of choices to eat but most likely to eat is Italian food. What I liked the most about the place was their Instagrammable venue. We've seen their pool also it was quite good and perfect for those celebrating their family occasion/dates. It was an excellent place!
